I had such a wonderful surgery experience here. The doctor, nurses, and all the staff were not only professional but also so kind and caring. I truly felt looked after in the best possible way. From now on, this hospital will always be my first and only choice.”

I had a very poor experience with the hospital. First of all, they sell you a package that supposedly includes international nurses, but when you arrive there, there are hardly any staff who speak English. The nurses on the floor do not speak a word of English, and you can end up waiting for hours until someone who actually understands you becomes available. On the very first day, right after my surgery, they left me in an uncomfortable position in bed while I was in pain, and I had to wait more than an hour for someone who could understand me to come and help reposition me. Even asking for something as simple as a glass of water can take hours. Another very concerning point is that shortly after arriving from a long and exhausting trip, they make you sign a large stack of documents. You are rushed through the process, at a moment when you are tired and not in the best condition to properly review or understand what you are signing. In practice, you barely have the opportunity to read the documents, and they essentially remove almost all responsibility from the hospital regarding the surgery. Most of the nurses are unfriendly, and even just a few hours after surgery they refused to bring me water or help me with food, even when I told them I was in pain and unable to move properly. The place feels like a fast-food version of a hospital, with staff rushing you as if you were a product they need to move along quickly to make space for the next person. The doctor, who also does not speak English, came to my room only once before the surgery and once afterward. He barely touched me to examine me and did not stay in the room for more than five minutes. The post-surgery instructions are also inconsistent and confusing. The doctor told me I should use the post-surgery accessories for one month, but some nurses said it should be one and a half months, and then the international GP gave me two completely different timeframes. In other words, they don’t even seem to agree among themselves. On top of all this, the hotel they provide is quite basic and doesn’t even have a smart TV available, so you can’t watch anything other than Turkish television.

Avoid like the plague Really not happy, my tummy tuck scars are a mess and ive got internal complications. My surgery was on the 19th of September 25 with Dr Arif Ayden. I got to the hospital and everything was rushed. They wouldn't answer my questions until I had paid the money and papers signed. I just got told to speak to international nurses. I was taken to my room where Dr Arif drew on my stomach. And still no one answered my questions. I was taken to theatre and had my procedure. I woke in recovery next to a lady who also claimed Dr Arif did her surgery. Hiw could Dr Arif have performed both surgeries in two different theatres at the same time. Who did my surgery. I was taken to my room where I had wet the bed after my caffeta was removed and I was left in wet bed sheets. These was nit changed in the 6 days I was there. My drains were emptied on the floor and my canula was left open most of the time and was bleeding. I ended up pulling it out as they would not change it. The nurses was changing my dressings without gloves. My scars are horrendous mu Fdl surgery scars are diagonal and the vertices scar looks like frankenstein. My belly button they cut off was a slit not a belly button. I also asked for photos of the skin they cut off. The photos I got given was of tanned skin. Im a pale redhead. And not anywhere on the my body or the skin cut off was my old laperoscopy scars. So whos skin was it? I was refused copy's of my signed papers and medical files. I had complications after I came home and was forced to see my doctor and an NHS consultant. Who said im lucky i survived. The hospital also supplied another lady with my full name the majority of my bank details a record of my medical procedures and what I paid. I direct breech of data protection. I was told that the rep who supplied my data was no longer working for them. But upon investigation I found out ekol had made a false statement and is indeed still employed by ekol. If I had know I was going to be subjected to this I would never have had surgery. I don't want anyone going through the pain, damage, suffering and mental trauma i have.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my eye surgery. Before the operation, I was wearing glasses, and the doctor clearly told me that after having a vertical implant surgery, I would no longer need to wear glasses. Relying on this professional advice, I proceeded with the surgery. However, the outcome is completely unacceptable. I am now unable to clearly read my car’s dashboard, navigation system, or other basic displays, which I could manage before. This situation is not only frustrating but also misleading and has negatively affected my daily life. I expected a significant improvement based on the doctor’s assurance, not a deterioration in my vision. I believe this matter requires serious attention and a proper explanation.
