Exactly one year ago I had breast augmentation surgery, with 350 cc teardrop-shaped implants (Mentor) with dr Onur Akman. I had wanted this surgery for a long time, and after having children I finally decided to go ahead with it. Dr. Onur offered me several implant options. I initially wanted round implants, but considering the natural anatomy of my breasts, he recommended teardrop-shaped implants instead. At this point, I’m very happy and don’t regret this decision at all, because my breasts look very natural and no one can tell that I’ve had surgery. Since I’m also an athlete, getting very large, heavy breasts wasn’t an option, so we chose a size that suited my body perfectly. I’m extremely satisfied with this choice. Dr. Onur was very attentive, and during the consultation he created a 3D model of my breasts so I could see how different implants would look on my natural shape. With the help of this 3D simulation, we were able to quickly decide on the right implant size and shape. It’s now been a full year, and I haven’t had any complications after the surgery. The operation went perfectly, I’m completely happy with my result, and I’m very grateful to Dr. Onur. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Onur to everyone.

I got a lift with implants + lipo 360 and he did an amazing job. During the first consultation, I was very nervous but he was extremely patient and helped me feel more relaxed. He really listened to everything I wanted and took the time to understand my expectations. Throughout the whole process, he stayed very positive and never pressured me. He focused on my safety and made it clear he wouldn’t do anything to put me at risk. My scars are very thin on the breasts, and for the lipo he minimized scarring as much as possible (only small, discreet ones that will fade quickly). I travelled from England to have my breast implants replaced with Dr Onur Akamn. I had 2 breast surgeries in the uk and I can honestly say the treatment and care I had from Dr Onur & his team was unbelievable, he really does care and treats you like family. He is a perfectionist which is what you want when you’re trusting someone with your health and body. As soon as I woke from surgery he was there holding my hand and telling me how everything went. At the hotel he came with the team regularly to check my wounds and to see how I was doing. You are not just a number which is how I felt in the uk he really does care & he takes as much time as you need every step of the way. One visit my mother had a fit when I was seeing him and I can’t thank him enough for the care he gave her. He was so calm knew exactly what to do, just the person I needed in that moment, he calmed and reassured me as I was so scared i was freaking out. I’m over the moon with my results and if I ever need anything else done in the future I know it will be with him. Extra medication, extra pain shots nothing was to much trouble. The hotel was amazing very comfortable beds extra pillows if needed, all the front of house staff, the ladies that came to clean your room everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. This surgeon is completely professional with exceptional results. I am 8 weeks post up from a breast implant exchange and arm lipo and he gave me exactly what I wanted. He visits you a few times during the process - the night before the morning of surgery and a few times post op. The night before surgery he explains clearly what will happen and draws up on your body and together you decide the size implants. I was ecstatic when he suggested 620cc and his justification being that I am broader and it would still suit my frame. I liked that he doesn’t just give what you want but takes into account your frame. I explained my concerns and based on this he was able to suggest the recommended implant brand though this came at an additional cost which I happily paid. The hotel used is exceptional with an infirmary should you need nursing support. The hospital which I have used for previous surgeries is top notch with clean amenities They provide you with surgical garments and when this was the wrong size they replaced this free of charge. I travelled solo and felt completely safe and was checked in by the team regularly. I even met another patient who also had surgery with dr Akman and was happy with the process, we became surgery buddies and this made the journey less lonely. The incision scar is neat and healing very well. It is settling well and I cannot wait till it drops and fluff. This is my honest review I would highly recommend dr Onur Akman
