I highly recommend Op. Dr. Mustafa Karaca. He is extremely talented, kind, and professional. From the very first moment, he and his team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The entire office staff is wonderful—they work together like a family, and they are very welcoming. They truly make you feel safe and at home. After my surgery, the hospital where I stayed was also amazing. It felt like a five-star hotel. The nurses were incredibly kind and attentive. Because Dr. Mustafa Karaca is so respected for his work, the hospital staff showed great care and respect toward his patients. On top of this wonderful experience, the results of my surgery exceeded my expectations. I had a nose job about 18 years ago that unfortunately was done very poorly. Dr. Mustafa Karaca corrected and fixed my nose beautifully. He did an amazing job, and I am extremely happy with the result. Overall, my experience was five stars in every way. I recently had nose surgery with Dr. Mustafa. My companion had to cancel, so I had to come alone to Istanbul. I was hesitant at first, but I’m really glad I came. It turned out to be completely fine being on my own throughout the surgery and recovery. The doctor was very patient and explained everything clearly to me. His assistant, Tülay, is also very kind and responsive—she answered all my questions on WhatsApp. Everything went very well: the consultation was thorough, and the doctor did an excellent job on my nose to achieve the desired results. So far, it looks great. I’m looking forward to the swelling going down and seeing the final result. The hospital was also very good, and they provided tasty dinner and breakfast. I didn’t experience any significant pain—just a mild headache after the surgery, which was manageable with painkillers. Since the surgery is still recent, I can’t breathe normally yet. The doctor explained that this is due to blood clots, which should clear over the next few days to a month. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

I recently had the pleasure of having my cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Mustafa Karaca on 2/24/2026. I traveled from the United States because of the cost as well as a recommendation from a friend I have who is Turkish! My experience was excellent! Dr. Karaca’s team helped make arrangements for hotel and handled all of the hospital details. Memorial hospital was immaculate. After going home, I had a post surgical lymph massage and the technician said “This is the best facial surgery I have seen and I see hundreds of post op clients”. She asked who did my surgery as she is interested in getting surgery herself”. Thank you Dr. Mustafa and staff for everything! My results are more than I could have hoped for!
