As a foreigner who doesn’t speak Turkish well, I had a great experience. Assistant Çiğdem Hanım was very kind and attentive. When she noticed that my little sister was feeling dizzy, she immediately offered help and made sure she was okay. I had a depressed facial scar, and Dr. Bülent explained that the best and most realistic approach was to minimize it into a thin line. He explained everything in detail, including what results I could realistically expect. All explanations were given in fluent English, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. During the procedure, the team made sure I stayed calm by playing jazz music, which was a very nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a highly professional and caring team. I would highly recommend anyone to visit them.
