Two weeks ago, I had a mole removed from my head by Dr. Akın İnalöz. I met Dr. Akın by chance after seeing some reviews and seeking his opinion. However, his communication style and the techniques he explained immediately resonated with me, and I decided to have the surgery a few days later. I had the surgery very hastily, and it actually coincided with a very unfortunate period for me in terms of family health problems. The next day, my father was taken into surgery, and I left the hospital, went to another city, and was there to be with him during the operation, etc. It was a very difficult time for me; I regretted it deeply and even came out of the operation crying, regretting having this surgery during such an unfortunate period. I think my doctor did an amazing job as a surgeon. I don't think my pain tolerance was the only reason I got through this process so easily; I also had a very smooth operation surgically. Dr. Akın provided me with incredible psychological support during this time. Although I had decided to have the surgery, I thought that because I have a very separated, open, bony rib cage and a thin body structure, no matter what was done, the result would not be very satisfying. With the fat injection she performed along the contour line, I achieved a very natural décolleté area, a prosthesis that suited my body shape perfectly and looked incredibly natural. It was the first time I'd heard about fat injection from her, and I saw how natural the results were. I also got rid of the inner thigh fat that bothered me, despite being thin, and achieved a 2cm reduction around my hips just one month after the operation and swelling subsided. Another point: when I went into surgery that morning, we decided to also inject fat into my face using my own body fat. After the operation and the following day/week, I experienced significant swelling in my face due to constantly standing; my face looked like two faces, and I was very unhappy. I kept sending pictures, crying, and complaining every minute, as if it would never return to normal. My doctor, without ever upsetting me, calmed me down, reassuring me, and explaining that while the swelling subsided in other patients within a week, it might take two weeks for me due to my experience. He checked on me frequently, wiped away my tears every time I cried, and approached all my negative reactions constructively and calmly, helping me get through the two weeks. And incredibly, by the second week, there was no swelling left on my face, no more of that horror movie-like swollen face... I had very vibrant skin and fuller cheekbones, as if I had gained a little weight, exactly as he said. In every sense, I am so glad I met him, so glad I went through this operation with him; I would like to thank my doctor very, very much for both his surgical expertise and all the psychological support he gave me.
