A truly wonderful doctor and person! I traveled from Germany to Turkey to do the mommy make over. He really transformed me without exaggeration and without things I didn't need, a wonderful natural result. Amazing doctor with respect for his work who made me feel safe and take care of me 🌷🌷🌷

We visited the clinic for an aesthetic procedure, and my friend had upper eyelid lifting surgery with double eyelid creation, similar to the Asian-style lid. Afra was extremely kind, attentive, and constantly checking on us and updating us step by step. While I was waiting for my friend during the procedure, Makbule kept coming out every now and then to reassure me and explain everything in detail — which eye the doctor was working on, and when he finished one eye, she came out again to tell me he was starting the other. Both she and Afra took turns checking on me and giving me updates. They also gave me the list of medications to buy for my friend, and when I asked about pharmacies, they showed me nearby options on Google Maps and provided a flight clearance document. Even after the procedure, they continued following up with us. Their payment policy is extremely honest, transparent, and clear. There were absolutely no hidden costs when we arrived. They explained the surgery price in detail beforehand. When I asked further, they said: “This is the full price of the surgery. There will be no additional charges. You might only need extra money for medicine from the pharmacy.” This made us feel very comfortable, especially since we were traveling with a fixed budget and worried about unexpected charges that could cause stress while abroad. They were very considerate of our situation as two girls traveling alone, and they were truly kind in every way. As for the doctor, he was very professional, patient, and cooperative. He answered all our questions, explained the surgery and technique thoroughly, and told us what to do before and after the procedure. After the operation, he checked on my friend in the waiting room and gave us the prescription. When it comes to Afra and Makbule, they did not leave us alone at any point — from the moment we entered the clinic until today, a week after the surgery. Afra still sends me reminders about how to use the medication and the correct dosage and timing. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely return soon, God willing. If my friend loves the final result, she will bring her mother, sister, and aunt to have the same procedure. And I will also come back for other treatments. A special thanks to the doctor and the entire team — and especially to Afra and Makbule for their kindness, hospitality, and care.

I came to dr. Yavuz Ozsular for a tummytuck, breastlift, 360° lipo, back lipo and jplasma arm lipo. From the beginning there was clear communication with the assistant of the doctor, she was always available to kindly answer my questions beforehand. Upon my arrival in Istanbul the hotel that was originally booked appeared not to be suitable for my recovery after the big surgery, but as soon as I addressed my concern about this; the assistant immediately changed my stay to another hotel. The first meeting with dr. Yavuz was on the day of the surgery and he immediately made a good impression with his kind, humble and professional approach. Because of this I felt at ease and had no stress at all, even though this was my first surgery ever. I am already very pleased with the results only 10 days post-op, and I would absolutely recommend dr. Yavuz Ozsular because of his professionalism, his presence and patient approach. On a sidenote I do want to add that the nurses in the hospital do not speak English and this made communication very difficult in some situations. I would not recommend to come alone for a procedure like this. Nevertheless I am very pleased with the team of dr. Yavuz, all very kind, professional, helpful and friendly. ❤️

Fantastic experience with Dr. Yavuz Özsular. Chose him for chin lipo with J-plasma and was impressed by his skill, professionalism, and clear communication. His team was responsive, welcoming, and supportive throughout. Clinic was easy to find, staff spoke great English, and results/experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
