i’ve never had a better experience in terms of the professionalism, the accommodation the reassurance this team has provided me. Recently visited Dr Andac for an aesthetic surgery and never had i felt so comfortable facing my biggest insecurity, hes a master piece in both his work and himself. His team also especially definitely my favourite Sidika who helped with my stay, my medications, throughout my whole procedure she was by me - in review with me almost available at every possible time during the day. The surgery itself was id say 80% painfree after and thats definitely amazing since i suffer from extreme sensitivity. I had a boob reduction along with other alterations and again im definitely amazed with the results. Already have 3 others considering the same procedure since he done so well! Id recommend this place to everyone for honestly id say every treatment he offers - the results ive seen with others is just as perfect!!!

I was recommended to Dr. Aykan by a friend in Istanbul. I’m someone who is very detailed and always does extensive research before even booking an initial consultation, so of course I took my time. When I came across Dr. Aykan’s Instagram, I immediately felt his genuine energy. One thing that really stood out to me was when he performed an endoscopic procedure on his own mother, that alone says a lot about his character, his confidence in his work, and his values as a doctor. What I also truly appreciated is that his work looks very natural and refined, not overdone. He doesn’t overpromote himself either, which I found refreshing, especially in Istanbul where there are so many plastic surgeons and aggressive marketing everywhere. I eventually decided to book a consultation and was greeted by the patient coordinator, Sevval. She is incredibly friendly, informative, and hospitable. From the moment I arrived at the clinic, I felt welcomed like family. There was no long waiting time, and everything felt very organized and warm. During the consultation, I initially wanted to do several procedures, including a BBL. However, Dr. Aykan was extremely honest and transparent. He carefully assessed my body proportions and told me that my proportions were already good and that a BBL wasn’t really necessary and explaining that it wouldn’t be worth doing surgery in my case. I truly appreciated this honesty, it showed me that he prioritizes what is right for the patient, not what is commercial. When I asked what he genuinely recommended, he advised an endoscopic facelift to prevent aging, which is clearly his area of expertise. I saw the result they were absolutely beautiful very natural..Sevva also showed me more patient results, which made me feel even more confident and comfortable with my decision. I genuinely cannot wait to proceed with my procedure with Dr. Aykan. I truly appreciate his expertise, honesty, calm energy, and ethical approach. He is a doctor who is not commercial, but truly passionate about his work and his patients. Highly recommended.

Let’s start with the atmosphere, so zen… The staff is amazing, polite, caring, lovely and most importantly very knowledgeable. And of course the doctors are great. For every procedure they tell you what will happen every step of the way. They make you feel safe and make your journey comfortable.

Extremely distressing experience – multiple surgeries, no improvement, photos used without consent I am writing this review to warn others and to share my genuine experience with Doç. Dr. Andaç Aykan and his clinic in Istanbul. I travelled to Turkey and paid a total of £8000 for multiple facial procedures including endoscopic temporal lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and related procedures. I was promised clear improvements and a more lifted, defined result. Unfortunately, after five surgeries, there has been no visible improvement. Other qualified doctors have since reviewed my case and confirmed that the expected surgical changes are not present. When I raised my concerns, the clinic became defensive, stopped engaging properly and ultimately refused any refund or corrective action. Their only response was that the “treatment was completed as required”. To make matters worse, my before/after photos were posted on their social media without my consent, despite me clearly stating that I did not agree to my images being shared. When I confronted them, I was told they “liked the result and wanted to show it”. I later travelled to Istanbul to request my medical records in person. Instead of cooperating, the clinic called the police and had me removed. I have since been blocked from their platforms and my negative reviews and comments were removed. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress, financial hardship and loss of confidence. I took out a loan to pay for these surgeries and am now left with debt and no improvement. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to do very thorough independent research and seek multiple opinions before proceeding. I am happy to provide evidence of payments, messages and medical opinions to any platform that requires verification. Update to their reply 23/01/2026 my surgery was in April 2025 and since November 2025 I have been blocked. This response is inaccurate and omits critical facts. Despite multiple procedures, independent qualified doctors have since confirmed that the expected surgical changes are not present. No objective medical explanation has been provided by the clinic for this outcome. Post-operative “support” consisted only of brief online messages. Requests for full medical records, clear explanations, corrective treatment, or refund were refused or ignored. Any alleged “lack of communication” occurred only after I repeatedly requested accountability, documentation, and resolution. Additionally, my photographs were used without my informed consent. These are factual statements supported by documentation. My review reflects my genuine experience as a patient.
