I would happily give Medzone 10 stars if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very first contact with Mohammed in the UK, the service was absolutely exceptional. After being let down by another surgeon at the last minute and already having our flights booked, Medzone stepped in and arranged everything within just a few days. Mohammed was attentive, professional, reassuring, and available whenever we needed him. From the moment we landed in Istanbul, everything was seamless. We were collected from the airport in luxury transport, stayed in a beautiful five-star hotel with an incredible spa, gym, sauna, steam room, and amazing buffet breakfast, and were looked after every step of the way. On the day of surgery, the entire process was organised, efficient, and stress-free. The English-speaking translator was fantastic, all tests and assessments were completed smoothly, and the surgeon was outstanding. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted, thoroughly explained my options, and took great care in planning my procedure. I had breast augmentation surgery along with correction of scar tissue and ridging around my nipples from a previous breast lift. I am so pleased with the care, attention to detail, and results so far. The aftercare has been second to none. Regular check-ins, medication, support, two medical bras, beautiful flowers delivered to the hotel, and even a day out with a driver for lunch and sightseeing made us feel genuinely cared for rather than just another patient. The all-inclusive package was incredible value considering everything that was included: 10 nights in a luxury hotel, airport transfers, surgery, aftercare, accommodation, and continuous support throughout. I have never felt so safe, looked after, and valued as a patient. The hospital was very clean, modern and well organized, which immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff were professional, kind, and always available to help, even with language support. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and set realistic expectations. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the entire process. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative care was outstanding. I also paid a deposit beforehand and paid the rest just before the surgery. Mehmet (my surgery coordinator) really helped me throughout the entire procedure from the initial consultation to the surgery and also post surgery. I’m super pleased with everything.
