Stay away from this I had a BBL and liposuction surgery at Retouch Clinic in Istanbul, performed by Dr. Serkan Dinar, and I deeply regret it. This review is to warn others before going through what I did. From the beginning, the clinic felt like a conveyor belt for cosmetic tourism — they don’t prioritize quality results, just volume. After my surgery, I was left with lumps on my tummy and saggy skin. It was clearly visible right after the procedure. When I raised my concerns and sent them photos, I was told it was just swelling and would improve in a month. That was over two and a half years ago, and nothing ever improved. My body shape is still irregular, uneven, and far from what was promised. It’s clear now that Dr. Serkan Dinar did not care to provide proper contouring or a quality finish. His work was sloppy and unrefined. He never once followed up with meaningful support. Why? Because they know many clients fly in for surgery and leave — so there’s no real accountability. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. If you're considering surgery at Retouch Clinic or with Dr. Serkan Dinar, stay away. I would never wish this experience on anyone. They failed me, ignored me, and delivered a poor result that I have to live with every day.
