I had rhinoplasty surgery with Mr. Alper in 2013. I'm very pleased; it turned out perfectly natural, just as I wanted. No one who doesn't know me would even realize I had plastic surgery. Thanks again to Dr. Alper for his hard work.

First and foremost, Professor Alper is a very sincere and straightforward person. Unlike many doctors, he approaches his work not with a focus on material gain, but with the principle of accurately identifying the problem. By the way, the term "Professor" I'm using here isn't a casual expression for doctors; Alper Tuncel is a truly expert doctor in his field, possessing excellent technical knowledge and experience. He's also a responsible person. He's not the type to say, "I did it, and this is all I could do." He's obsessed with his craft. He's a reliable doctor who always strives to do his best and always stands behind his patients. Besides being one of the best doctors in his field, he's a good friend, a good companion, a good brother, and a good older brother. In short, Professor Alper is a rare doctor you can trust completely, with his experience, technical competence, and humanity. He's someone you should definitely consult and seek advice from before making a final decision.

(Update on my review: The doctor contacted me on multiple platforms, urging me to delete my review and threatening legal action if I did not comply. Then I was contacted by an unknown number (via whatsapp) claiming to represent his legal team. This person also pressured me to remove my review and warned of legal consequences if I refused. While I understand that reviews can be a sensitive matter, I found these repeated attempts intimidating and unprofessional. After I posted my honest and respectful review about my experience with Alper Tuncel, I also received an irritating message from him via WhatsApp, saying: “I hope you just rot and go away.” This was deeply upsetting, as I had expressed my concerns in a polite and constructive manner without any personal insults. In addition, shortly after my review was posted, I noticed a sudden influx of overwhelmingly positive comments on his Google profile. To me, this gave the impression that former patients may have been encouraged to leave reviews in response, which could potentially skew the overall perception of his ratings. I am sharing my experience because I believe that honest and unbiased reviews are essential for helping patients make informed decisions. It is disappointing to see a professional react to constructive criticism with what I perceived as intimidation tactics across multiple platforms, followed by an apparent effort to overshadow negative feedback with positive reviews. Transparency and professionalism are crucial in building trust, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning both.) I had a detailed conversation with the doctor, during which he was friendly and discussed my concerns at length. I got the impression that he tries to engage with patients. However, I noticed that he does not seem very open to criticism. When I looked at his Instagram profile, I observed that some of the “after” photos, such as those of endoscopic facelifts, appeared filtered. It wasn’t just that the skin looked smoother—one particular “after” photo that was posted at two different times appeared altered in the later post. The shape of the face seemed adjusted, as if through editing or filters. I politely reached out via Instagram to ask about this, providing screenshots to clarify my observations. Initially, the doctor responded kindly and explained that his employees were responsible for the images. He assured me that the patient looked more like the photo I felt had been edited. However, when I then asked if he could show me the unedited version of another photo, his response changed. He told me to look for another doctor. I emphasized that I was being respectful in my questions, but shortly afterward, I was blocked from his profile. In my opinion, transparency and trust are essential in this sensitive field. For me, this includes being willing to answer questions openly and professionally. I have read the response from Tuncel and feel the need to address the inaccuracies stated: Our meeting: While I did consult with Tuncel regarding potential procedures, I was respectful and open to his professional opinion. His characterization of me as obsessive or calculating is unfounded and feels like an attempt to discredit me personally rather than address the concerns I raised. I was clear about what I wanted and Tuncel told me, that it is possible (it was an endoscopic lift, which lifts the midface - I just didn't wanted my eye area to look unnatural) Other doctor’s cancellation: The claim that another doctor canceled a surgery because I was “psychologically unsuitable” is entirely false. This is a baseless and damaging assertion. I cancelled it myself. My concerns: I approached Dr. Tuncel with valid questions regarding the results showcased on his Instagram page. These were professional inquiries about the accuracy and authenticity of his photos. Instead of responding transparently, I was blocked,.

I went for a consultation with my friend for jawline filler. The doctor told me i am fat and I should loose weight. I am 5 foot seven inches and I weigh 154 pounds. I am far from fat. He was rude and just wanted me to pay to get plastic surgery. He was extremely insensitive. He should also have studied how to speak to human beings if he even studied at all. His office looks very cheap. Old dirty couches and made us wait 45 minutes before seeing us. I strongly urge you ladies or men to stay away from this cruel money shark. There are better doctors in Turkey I’m sure. He even asked my friend what her budget was for the laser lipo she wanted to do. So looks like he doesnt have integrity. He must give you a result according to what you pay which is very scary and shameful and dishonest.
