I had my nose done by Özgür Erdem and I'm really very happy with the result. He's such a kind, empathetic, and friendly doctor – you feel more like you're chatting with friends than at a typical doctor's appointment. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and answers every question thoroughly, so you always feel well cared for. I especially appreciated how attentive he is to his patients. He examines everything very carefully and checked on me regularly after the surgery. You can tell that his patients' well-being is truly important to him. His work is simply top-notch – I'm more than happy with the result. You can tell he works very professionally and has a lot of experience. The organization was also excellent: The secretary is always available and incredibly friendly. I also really appreciate that the doctor himself is always reachable if you have any questions or concerns – it gives you a great sense of security. Another big plus is that he has a location in Cologne, which is convenient for me to go to for follow-up appointments.
