Seven years ago, when I was 17, I had rhinoplasty surgery at the Özkaya Medical Center, where Dr. Hikmet worked. Over time, I regretted it. Now that my brother has had surgery with another doctor, I understand how poorly I was treated. I knew I needed follow-up appointments after the surgery, but no one called me. A week later and then a month later, I called and asked, "Don't I need to come for a check-up?" I went for check-ups, but there's still swelling on the left side of my nose. My brother went for check-ups every month after his surgery, and they reduced the swelling with injections. I only went for check-ups twice after my surgery; one was to remove the cast and packing, and the other time I called to request a check-up. Now I don't know how to reduce the swelling. They said the swelling should be checked within a year, so I can't find a solution. I'm truly very regretful, both about having the surgery at that age and about having it done by you.
