I had a great experience with Dr. Orhan Erbas in Ankara and I am very thankful for his care and professionalism. Dr. Orhan removed a sebaceous cyst from my head in a procedure that took only about 10 minutes under local anesthesia. I felt absolutely nothing during or after the procedure. Everything was clean, smooth, and completely painless, and he paid great attention to hygiene and comfort. He also insisted on following up personally and checking my recovery several times. A very special gesture was when I couldn’t come on December 29–30, and even though the clinic is normally closed on December 31 (the last day of the year), he invited me to come in just to make sure everything was okay. This really shows how dedicated and caring he is. Not only Dr. Orhan, but the whole team was excellent — from the clinic administration to the nurses. Everyone was kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Orhan Erbas and his wonderful team.
