The full post-pregnancy transformation: typically a tummy tuck, breast surgery and liposuction combined in a single procedure.
Abdominoplasty removes loose skin and tightens the abdominal muscles to restore a flat, toned midsection after pregnancy.
Implants or fat transfer restore the volume and shape lost after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A mastopexy raises and reshapes sagging breasts, often combined with augmentation for fullness.
Targeted fat removal to sculpt the waist, hips, flanks, back and thighs.

An excellent experience from beginning to end. The doctor was professional, clear, and very compassionate throughout the entire process. He explained every detail of the VASER liposuction procedure and patiently answered all my questions. Furthermore, his entire team was incredible: attentive, kind, and always making sure I felt calm and comfortable before and after the procedure. The result exceeded my expectations: natural, harmonious, and exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend him.

I have to say that yesterday I went to my first consultation with Dr. Julio Millán and I found him to be an amazing professional: honest, empathetic, kind, and friendly. I wanted a mastopexy (breast lift) and wasn't sure whether to have implants or not. After asking me a lot of questions and talking in a relaxed way, I finally understood what I wanted. I loved it; I almost cried when I left the consultation. Firstly, because no doctor had ever been so clear, and secondly, because I found him to be such a warm and welcoming person. Unfortunately, I won't be able to have the surgery with him because the price is too high for me, but it's in line with his professionalism and what he offers: quality, experience, and professionalism, among other things. Thank you for your time, and it was a pleasure to have found your practice. 🤗 He's not famous on social media, but he is highly recommended in his field.

Excellent experience. I went in quite nervous, but Dr. Millán Mateo, Dr. Espinosa, and the entire team instilled a sense of calm and professionalism in me (special mention to Marina and Elena ❤️). Both during the procedure and while I was in the operating room, they went out of their way to ensure I felt calm and well cared for at all times. They were also incredibly helpful in the post-operative period, answering all my questions and attending extra check-ups if necessary. The result of the rhinoseptoplasty has been amazing, much better than I could have imagined, and now I can breathe so much better. The first two days (especially the first night) are very uncomfortable, let's not kid ourselves, but with the hilotherapy (a cold therapy mask), I had almost no bruising or swelling. In fact, by day five, I was already going out with the splint, which is quite discreet, to be honest. Today marks exactly four months since my surgery. I highly recommend them!

I'm quite dissatisfied with the results of both surgeries: arm liposuction and breast augmentation. The latter resulted in breasts that were larger than I wanted, with a high profile, uncorrected asymmetry, and uneven size. The doctor was very kind and paternalistic; he even told me, to convince me of the results, that men are hunters and women should be good prey. Contacting him is useless, as the doctor replies that I'm too demanding, even with photos that prove otherwise. I completely regret it; it's money down the drain.

I feel ripped off. I spent €10,000 on liposuction of my flanks, abdomen, and inner thighs, and after a month, I look exactly the same. I paid for three areas, but they only did two. They didn't even touch my abdomen. As soon as I went into the operating room, the first thing they told me was that I needed a tummy tuck. And I ask myself, why didn't they tell me this before? Because during the consultation, they told me I'd be much smaller, and they charged me for the abdominal area. Or was they trying to sell me another operation? Everyone around me, including the certified physiotherapist who gives me post-operative massages, has encouraged me to complain. Because I look exactly the same as before, just €10,000 cheaper. The compression garment they sold me at the clinic cost €180 (an outrageous amount), and it was two sizes too big. It didn't even fit snugly; my legs were all loose, causing fibrosis and very unpleasant fatty lumps. I feel completely ripped off. They also sold me a cold therapy treatment that was a complete failure; they even had trouble getting it picked up as we had agreed. I wish I had chosen a different place for my liposuction. Now I still have the same figure, the same fat that they haven't even removed, and on top of that, I'm starting to get depressed because I've wasted all my money for nothing. Horrible.
