A surgeon who is a true professional. His kind and respectful manner is also worth mentioning. A month and a half ago, he performed a facelift and brachioplasty on me. A complication arose when a hematoma encapsulated on one side of my face, creating a hard and quite visible lump. However, the doctor is doing everything necessary to make it disappear soon, although it's a slow process, and I need radiotherapy sessions, which he's administering at his clinic. The facelift was a complete success; my neck is perfect, and my facial oval is well-defined. The brachioplasty is wonderful. I can finally wear sleeveless clothes in the summer, and my insecurities are gone. Thank you, Dr. Sarmentero. And thank you to Raquel, his nurse...always attentive and incredibly kind.

My surgery was a mastopexy with implant replacement. My only regret is not having met Dr. Esteban Sarmentero sooner. That said, my enormous satisfaction with the results and the care I received is more than clear. I haven't forgotten Raquel; she's wonderful. Thank you.

Dr. Esteban Sarmentero performed a facelift and blepharoplasty on me over five months ago, and I have to say the results have been spectacular. I'm incredibly happy. Besides being an excellent professional, he's also a wonderful person—empathetic, friendly, and approachable. He's a fantastic surgeon, and I highly recommend him, although it's true the recovery was very difficult.

Hello, since I can't reply to the review, I'm writing from my mother's email address, as she accompanied me throughout this whole experience. The claim about the 2 cm reduction is completely false because there's no evidence to support it. I asked repeatedly via WhatsApp and they never answered me, until I finally spoke to the secretary on the phone to calm down. She told me the surgeon simply "reduced it and that was it," without taking any measurements. So now I don't know where the 2 cm figure comes from. Regarding the post-operative period, when it's due to distance, they should at least schedule appointments via video call or at least check on the patient's progress via WhatsApp. The least they could do is ask if there have been any complications, infections, or any other problems, especially knowing that the result wasn't what they expected.
