I went for a facial and microdermabrasion treatment. The service was incredible. Mónica helped me in the best way possible, managing my appointment (since they didn't tell me via WhatsApp that it was just for the consultation), and thanks to her, I was able to make the most of my trip and didn't leave without my treatment. On the other hand, I'm super happy and grateful for Isabella's service; it was some of the best I've ever received. She's incredibly kind and attentive, and for that reason alone, I would go back a thousand times over for all kinds of treatments with her. I wanted to leave a review for the Madrid clinic after my follow-up appointment on the 8th. From the very first moment, the service was excellent. The WhatsApp support for scheduling the appointment was especially helpful, considering I'm a patient at another Egos clinic. Mónica was lovely in her messages, very attentive, and made everything easy for me to organize the visit without stress. I had my surgery at the Barcelona clinic, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect at this appointment in Madrid. I went alone and arrived quite stressed due to work, but Dr. Marielys and her assistant, Nagore, were incredibly kind to me from the start. Seeing that I had come alone, they accompanied me and made me feel very comfortable at all times. Their approach was so personal that it completely relaxed me and turned my day around. We chatted while the Steri-Strips were removed and changed, and honestly, I didn't even realize when they finished. Before I knew it, they had finished the aftercare. They have a way of treating patients that inspires a great sense of calm and confidence. I left the clinic much more at ease than when I arrived.
