They have been very professional with the care for me as a patient, answering my questions and being flexible with their agendas. Especially for Cristina who has been going above and beyond her work, she has been my point of contact from the beginning until today and has been very accommodating and helpful of my every need. Moreover, Dr. Cano has been my doctor ever since and I am happy so far with the results I have had since having their service. Hopefully, I will remember to revisit this comment 6 months from now to revisit the results. 🙏

A year ago I had a nose surgery with Dr. Santiago Elvira. I am delighted with the effect! I was very afraid of the operation and how I would feel after, but there was nothing! Recovery was quick, I hardly felt like I had surgery. The team at the hospital was nice and very helpful. In the first few months after removing the stitches, the nose was swollen and sometimes hurt, but now it's great. The effect is beautiful. It was the best decision to do the surgeries here! I highly recommend.

My experience at the Egos clinic has been excellent both in surgery with Dr. Tiago Gomes and in the post-operative period with my physiotherapists. In this last period Vanessa has been my psychotherapist, when I thought I would not achieve my goals, it has been fantastic to see how my body and my face became younger again and that for a 61-year-old woman is very important, now I understand why the clinic has as the name "Egos" is because they increase a person's self-esteem. An exceptional treatment.

Hello everyone reading my review. Please do not look past this as it’s very important and is 100% genuine. Me and my sister had both booked in for a BBL surgery we are coming from the UK. It’s important to know this surgery is risky if done incorrectly. My sister had gone before me and has now passed away from the surgery. She suffered bleeding from punctures but was awake and getting a blood transfusion. In the time we was there we had reported problems such as loosing feelings of the legs, unstoppable blood, green discharge literally pouring from the surgery areas, unbearable pain and passing out. Even though we called for help no one came as often as they should have especially in my sisters case. The doctor was too busy and said this was common. She wasent discharged from the hospital straight away because the doctors knew themselves how serious this was they just didn’t want to admit it. Towards the end of the week we noticed her deteriorating her once golden glowing face was white and she wasent responding like she use too and before we could do anything she fell asleep and passed away. Her body was exhausted and she couldn’t fight to wake up anymore. This is all from negligence and was highly unprofessional. I’m not a doctor myself but surely seeing a person in her state a good doctor was perform a surgery straight away to fix the mistake. My sister has died in their care. Please don’t ignore this message. This happened very recently and me and my family are still all recovering I will be taking this further although i needed to quickly put this message out there before anyone else considers a procedure with them and has the same outcome. I don’t know if anyone can message or respond but please feel free to ask me questions and i will reply with information on my sister if google allows me. Stay safe and please do your research.
