Requesting an assessment at Clínica Dorsia was a fantastic decision. I've been on my personalized weight loss program for four months now and I'm very happy. The staff is very attentive, qualified, and efficient. The clinic on Guzmán Lel Bueno Street is very nice and clean. I've already lost over 12 kg and I'm continuing with the treatment until I reach my goal. I recommend it to everyone who wants to look their best and needs help. I have been a loyal client of this clinic because of its professionalism, but my latest experience has been disconcerting. After paying the deposit for a treatment, on the day of my appointment I was told it wasn't on the schedule due to an 'administrative error'. Unable to attend on another day, I requested a refund, but since then I have received only silence and delays. It is a shame that this administrative issue has tarnished the excellent medical care I had previously received. I hope they will regain my trust by processing my refund immediately, as dictated by the professional ethics they claim to uphold.

A terrible experience. They take no responsibility if the clinic suddenly closes, and they scam, steal from, and exploit their clients. The legal team never contacts you, and customer service can't do anything either. You're left with treatments half-finished, payments made, and no one to take responsibility. Look for another clinic; run from this one. My case happened in Seville, but I know of another case in Madrid. To date, they haven't done anything, and there are many of us who have been scammed.
