This was an excellent experience all round. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from the initial telephone conversation through to guidance on medical questionnaires and final administrative details. My physician, Dr. Jorge Arandes, was exceptional. He has an easy charm, and emanates both instinctive and informed medical judgement. After clarity of diagnosis, his approach is focused on practical problem-solving, having carefully elicited and responded to the needs of his patient. His technical proficiency is evident from the off. But, what really sets Dr. Arandes apart is his extraordinary kindness and level of engagement. He is a medical professional (and human being) who really cares about his patients and his work - a superb example of benevolence in action. Such is my level of satisfaction, I will make a point of attending this clinic for any further medical needs I might have whilst in Barcelona.

I had such a wonderful experience with nurse Marta at Turo Park Clinic. She was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and caring from the very first moment. She made me feel comfortable and truly looked after throughout the entire visit. Her warm approach and attention to detail really stood out and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Marta, for your dedication and genuine care — patients are lucky to have you! 🌸

I was genuinely impressed by this medical clinic. It has every specialty you can imagine all under one roof. From general medicine to dermatology, gynecology, and even trichology, everything is seamlessly coordinated in one place. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. What stood out to me the most is how multilingual everyone is. They speak several languages effortlessly, making communication so easy and comforting. The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It feels more like a high-end wellness center than a typical medical office. Prices are on the higher side if you’re paying out of pocket, but it’s not unreasonable given the quality of care and service you receive

I recently underwent surgery that was fully planned and coordinated by the team at Turo Park, including Dr. Celia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial appointments to my recovery, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. The team organized all hospital arrangements seamlessly, and my care during the hospital stay was outstanding. Post-surgery follow-ups were done daily, ensuring I always felt supported and well looked after. Throughout the entire process, the team’s attention to detail and commitment to my wellbeing were truly impressive. I highly recommend Turo Park. Their level of personal care is exceptional.

Style over Substance. You’ve heard the stories about expensive luxury cars: they’re sleek and oozing with cool, only to spend more time in the shop than on the road. That perfectly describes my experience at Turo Park Medical Clinic. Located in one of Barcelona’s premier neighborhoods with multilingual staff and tasteful interior design, their marketing is top-notch. Having had positive experiences at their dental clinic over the years, I decided to book a long-overdue physical exam, including blood work, samples, a GP consultation, vision and hearing exams, and specialist consultations for nutrition and cardiology. From the start, the "bespoke" experience felt disjointed. After my initial inquiry, it took several days to receive a reply. I was then told the bill had to be paid in advance via bank transfer just to hold the appointment—an inconvenient request while traveling. We agreed I would pay at the dental clinic during a prior procedure; however, when I arrived there, the medical bill hadn't been sent over as promised. I eventually walked around the corner to the medical clinic to pay by card myself. On the day of the check-up, despite arriving early, I waited 15 minutes past my scheduled time. The staff seemed kind but frazzled, leading to a rushed atmosphere. The lack of internal communication was the most frustrating part: I had to personally remind the nurse which additional blood tests I had requested, and despite requesting an ultrasound multiple times in writing and in person, the GP failed to book it. Furthermore, when I arrived at the partner center for my vision exam listed in the itinerary, they told me I wasn't on the schedule until the following day requiring an additional trip. It took two follow-up emails after my initial appointment to finally get the ultrasound scheduled. When you are paying over 900 euros (ouch!), these "little things" add up to a poor professional standard. Turo Park Clinic is very adept at taking payments—they were never late in that respect—but the clinical coordination is severely lacking. To senior management: you need to overhaul your workflows and staff training. Focus more on patient care, quicker response times, better coordination and less on the variety of milk options for the complementary coffee. Update — May 22, 2026: After leaving the review above, I corresponded with clinic staff over several rounds. The Patient Experience Manager engaged with the case directly in the end and, after further review, offered a partial refund of €250 covering the portion of the package that would not be delivered (the GP follow-up, nutritionist, and cardiologist consultations I chose not to return for). I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved in good faith on that point; however, the resolution did require senior-level engagement to get there. That said, the broader concerns described in my original review — the coordination failures on the day, the breakdown in communication between administrative and clinical staff, and the documented service gaps — were not substantively acknowledged in the clinic's account of events. Their position throughout was that no service failure had occurred. The true measure of good service isn't how things go when everything runs smoothly — it's how a provider responds when something goes wrong. Turó Park did eventually move on the refund, which is to their credit. Prospective patients should go in with realistic expectations about the service experience, and know that any issues will require direct, persistent engagement to resolve.
