I've had cosmetic treatments, including lip augmentation and Botox, among others. I'm delighted with the care I received from all the clinic staff and the results. I decided to have an abdominoplasty in July, and the result has been incredible. The care from beginning to end was friendly and professional. I had the Allurion balloon inserted, and honestly, I had a terrible experience with this clinic. It seems they don't care about the patient's health or comfort, only about making money. I spent a long time debating whether to write a review because it's a very personal matter, but in the end, I thought it would be important to warn others so they don't go through the same thing I did. I went for the first consultation to learn about weight loss options. I told them my entire medical history, including my bulimia diagnosis. They told me I was the "perfect candidate" for the balloon. When it came time to sign the consent form, the nutritionist urged me to sign it almost without reading it. My fault for listening to him... The treatment didn't go well for me. Even when it came time to insert the balloon, they pressured me to let them record it, even though I told them I felt uncomfortable. I was very sick for more than two weeks after the insertion, which wasn't normal. They didn't offer me a solution. My nutritionist barely followed up with me during the treatment, and the doctor even less. I tried to schedule an appointment a couple of times and finally gave up because my mental health had deteriorated significantly. After doing more research online and carefully reading the consent form, I saw that this treatment is completely contraindicated for someone suffering from bulimia. My illness worsened; I barely lost any weight because of it, and they knew from the very beginning that this could happen. I feel scammed. Something that was supposed to help me only made things worse, and on top of that, I've lost 3,000 euros.

My experience with BarnanMedik was not positive. I had a rhinoplasty surgery scheduled for September 30th, which was canceled the day before, claiming the doctor was ill. Since then, they haven't given me a new date or any concrete answers. When I tried to resolve the issue, I spoke with Dr. Jordi Miquel, who informed me that he no longer works with the clinic. I requested a refund over a month ago and still haven't received it or a definitive solution. They left me without the surgery and, for now, without my money.
