I had a rhinoseptoplasty with Dr. Ángel 3 months ago and it's fantastic!!! I'm very happy with the result, which isn't final yet because there's still some swelling, which is normal since it's been so little time. I'm so glad I decided to have the surgery at this clinic and not be swayed by the advertising of others. My nose looks very natural, very beautiful, and importantly, I breathe better than before 😊 I recommend it to everyone. Don't be put off by bad reviews. The doctor is very pleasant, attentive, and very patient. He does a simulation, and then you decide whether or not to have the surgery with him. I also had a carbon laser treatment at this clinic with Gisela. I have somewhat problematic skin with enlarged pores and other imperfections, and my skin is now luminous and beautiful. I can't even imagine what would happen if I had more treatments. I also want to mention Vanesa, a lovely woman who advised me every step of the way and was always ready to answer all my questions. I chose this clinic because it presented itself as professional and experienced. The procedure I requested was relatively minor: correcting a small localized area of fat in my abdomen. I have never had weight problems and expected only a subtle, natural improvement. The surgery took place on March 1st, 2024. The result was catastrophic. Instead of improving the area, the procedure left my abdomen visibly deformed, with severe dents, asymmetry, fibrosis, irregularities, and untreated areas across my stomach. What shocked me even more was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Every time I raised concerns, the response was dismissive. I was repeatedly told that I “looked better than before,” despite the obvious physical damage. At no point did the clinic seriously acknowledge the extent of the failed result. For over a year and a half, I remained patient and cooperative because I genuinely wanted to resolve the situation amicably. I attended countless appointments, followed every instruction, underwent intensive post-operative treatments multiple times per week for months, and eventually underwent not one, but two additional corrective surgeries. Three surgeries. Over eighteen months wasted. Thousands of euros spent. And I am still left deformed. What has happened to me is honestly unbelievable considering this was supposed to be a professional cosmetic clinic performing a relatively minor aesthetic procedure. The physical and psychological consequences have been enormous. For more than a year and a half, I have been unable to feel comfortable with my own body because of the damage caused here. To make matters worse, after the third surgery, the doctor essentially disappeared from the process. No proper follow-up, no real concern, and no sense of responsibility. I recently consulted another clinic to see whether the damage could finally be corrected, and I was informed that repairing the situation may cost approximately €2,000 more. After already enduring three failed operations, this is something I should never have had to face. Because of this, I was forced to demand another follow-up with the doctor from this clinic to understand whether anything else can even be done at this point. After everything that has happened, I honestly no longer know what to expect. My advice: choose your surgeon extremely carefully. A polished image, marketing, and social media presence mean absolutely nothing if the results and professional responsibility are not there when things go wrong. After trying for so long to resolve this privately and respectfully, I am now seriously considering legal action. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to stay away from this clinic.
