I like this clinic a lot. It was recommended by a friend. My appointments have been easy to schedule. My last visit, with la Dra. Ana, gave me the best results I’ve ever seen from Botox. She definitely listened to my requests and left me looking very natural.

Terrible experience. I paid full price for Botox treatment, yet only one area was done properly while the rest was completely ineffective. When I raised my concerns, I was told to come back for a touch-up. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, only to be turned away and told they couldn't help me. To make matters worse, they then refused to provide any refund despite the poor results and lack of customer care. Once they have your money, patient satisfaction seems to be the last thing on their mind. Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for horrible work. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
