I chose to trust Dr. Salvador and her team for my mastectomy, firstly because of how they present the information on their website—professional, understandable, sensitive, and respectful—and secondly because other trans people highly recommended her, and I don't regret it at all. I've had follow-up care after the surgery for as long as my case required, and believe me, my genetics didn't make it easy. I can contact the team via WhatsApp at any time with any questions that may arise, and they have scar treatment options for difficult cases like mine. In short, they are a fantastic team and, of course, incredibly kind! With something as delicate and important for trans people as this type of surgery, my recommendation is that you trust Dr. Salvador!

Very happy with Dr. Salvador and her two assistants. She's a wonderful person and a true professional. I was delighted with the treatment I received; she was very friendly and welcoming, and incredibly kind, making me feel comfortable and understood at all times. Extremely unprofessional attitude of the staff, total waste of my time. 30 min after my appointment the "Dra. acaba de llegar". And on top of that, they insisted that my appointment was moved 15 min later, without being able to show me when and how they notified me about the change. Oh well, I will take my business elsewhere, where they respect their patients.

I had a CO₂ laser treatment with Dr. Salvador and I wouldn't do it again. It's a very painful procedure, and the service was clearly impersonal. The doctor only appeared intermittently; the laser was practically performed by an assistant. For the price of this treatment, it's unacceptable that it's not performed directly by the professional who sells it. Furthermore, while I was being treated, the doctor was attending to another patient in a different room (I could hear her), which conveys a lack of direct and personalized attention, more typical of public healthcare than a private practice.
