This is my first time having cosmetic treatments. I asked around at several places but was hesitant. I kept looking and came across BCNClínic. I thought, well... I could talk about just one person, but it was everyone. From the director, Olga, who makes you feel like a friend (thank you for explaining the situation and your knowledge, which has since been evident), to Dr. Cala, who performs the procedure with such care and explains each step to put your mind at ease (I trust her completely). Even the reception staff were so pleasant and friendly. From the very beginning, when they saw my skin, they explained the situation and what to expect in detail. I've had my regular check-ups and some I requested to monitor my progress, and both Olga (the director) and Cala (the doctor) have been incredibly helpful. Even almost three months after the procedure, they've taken as much time as needed to make me feel I was in good hands. I will definitely return because that feeling of security and being a valued client is priceless. But the best part is that it's a very affordable place, with several great discounts every month. My brother will be there soon to ask about it; I'm sure he'll like the appointment and be delighted to be in such good hands. Thank you because I look in the mirror and love myself more. I was very worried about my hair loss. The first free consultation is very thorough, as they examine you with a trichoscope and give you a great assessment. I've had three PRP treatments with them, and the hair loss has stopped, and you can even see baby hairs :) More than the effectiveness of the treatment, what I value most is the exceptional care from everyone on the team.
