I sincerely thank Specialist Olena for the wonderful Myofascial facial massage. After the first time, I felt a relaxing effect on both my face and my overall well-being. The hands are very gentle, the movements are professional and precise — the whole procedure was like a therapy of peace and comfort. The skin became clearer, smoother, and the facial features noticeably relaxed. Very pleasant communication, warm atmosphere and caring attitude helped me to completely relax and enjoy every minute. I will definitely come back again and again and recommend it to everyone who wants to pamper themselves and feel truly refreshed.

I visited Dr. Karynas for a mole check and mole removal. The procedure was perfect! Not a single part of my body was left unexamined. The examination alone lasted more than half an hour, because they were really very thorough. I was impressed by this approach to work, so I brought my husband and son with me. Perfect! I was consulted and the moles were removed quickly and painlessly. Discounts were applied for the consultation, so my wallet "didn't cry" I sincerely recommend it. If I had additional questions, the administrator Eglė delved into the problem and gave detailed advice, thank you to her.

It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they never sent me a message with the updated address, claiming they only had a Lithuanian number in their system. As a result, I went to their old location and missed my appointment because by the time that I would reach the clinic the doctor would already leave. They told me to come the next day at a specific time. However, just a few hours later, I received a call canceling my appointment due to another customer. Interestingly, they managed to reach my international number this time—despite previously claiming they only had a Lithuanian one on file. I flew in specifically for this appointment, as I live abroad and the doctor I wanted to see was here in Lithuania only available for a few days. Awful service.

I have been going to this clinic for many years, unfortunately, today I was disappointed with a particular beautician - Viktorija. I was 20 minutes late for the procedure, Viktorija, looking at her watch, said that I was 25 minutes late. Of course, I was warned that we would have to hurry. The procedure ended before the time allotted to me was even over. In total, instead of the 40 minutes remaining for the procedure, I got only 33 minutes and on top of that, she applied SPF with color when the sun had practically set 😅 And most importantly, just recently I waited 10-15 minutes for the same Viktorija to see me - it turns out, my time is not valued, and Viktorija calmly allows herself to be late for 10-15 minutes 👏🏼 I was disappointed, minus one regular client, Perfectus clinic
