For the first time at the reception, everything was fine and the doctor immediately warned about certain details that would increase the price. Also, the doctor, in principle, was interested in what was happening and did everything to make me feel comfortable. The second time I was signed up for another doctor (although I asked for the one I had for the first time) and the doctor behaved in an absolutely unqualified manner, the whole appointment was talking either on the phone or with a woman who came into the office later. I did the procedure without warning, one hundred it will cost 80 euros. At the reception they said that I had to be ready for this and they would not change anything in their policy of communication with clients. After the second visit to the clinic, my opinion completely changed about this clinic.

The company has no arrangements with the public health insurance company, thus their referrals for examinations are at the expense of the client.

I was at the urologist. A laser or electrocoagulation procedure was necessary (this is done under local anesthesia), but the doctor suggested doing it mechanically with general anesthesia. I doubted it, but I agreed. I paid for the consultation and waited for a call to agree on the date of the procedure, no one called (for the best for me). I went to another clinic, where I immediately had an electrocoagulation procedure (it took 20 minutes). I'm not sure about the professionalism of the doctor. There is no feedback
