I don't understand what we paid 80eur for. I wonder who issues permits to operate an institution that doesn't provide any services, only extorts money from people

During the consultation, Dr. Ruta was unable to determine the problem, which the next day during the examination was able to determine in another way, not even through the consultation, also the family doctor remotely confirmed the diagnosis based on complaints alone and prescribed urgent treatment, if I had trusted Dr. Ruta, my problem would have progressed without the undetermined diagnosis and prescribed urgent treatment. Apparently lack of competence. The price-quality ratio is very poor, the prices are significantly inflated for services, I am not talking about the examination prices, I spent 100 euros on nothing, let's say it was a gift plus wasted time.
