My recent visit to the clinic felt more like a trip to a spa than a medical appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The doctor was amazing — professional, kind, and very thorough. The entire experience was top notch, with everyone focused on creating a pleasant atmosphere. It felt like a place to rest and recover rather than just a clinic. Overall, it was the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had, combining exceptional medical care with a calming and comforting environment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for not only excellent treatment but also a caring and peaceful experience.

The doctor’s behavior was awful. When he saw me vomiting, he started getting annoyed. Also, when I booked the procedure, I was told this anesthetic is available at all of your clinics — but when I arrived, the anesthetic I need wasn’t there. On top of that, when I booked, I was told they could do the procedure right away, but it turned out there was no time available. And the doctor, Karolis Gailius, was extremely rude.

Wasting time of clients by providing non-existent address. Where do I find Ukmergės g. 219, Vilnius? Their clinic is not on the maps. Their clinic is on the roof! 2.5 hours of my time wasted.

Are there any parking spaces for clients? First you try to park for half an hour, and then they don’t accept you. Just a waste of time.

I do not recommend. The laser procedure was fine, but the customer service is unfriendly. For the first 15 minutes of my appointment, I sat outside the doctor's office while the doctor sat in the room with the doors open doing something. After waiting, I came to the front desk to ask if the doctor knew that I have arrived. I got a short answer "you will be asked". Obviously they all forgot about my visit... and its not that its busy there. Then suddenly the doctor comes out through the open door and asks me to come in. I would right that off to human error and all... but I am not sure if it's because of my question at the reception, but the doctor's communication style was very unpleasant, impatient, passive aggressive & condescending from the beginning. I felt I was treated badly for no reason (I was polite). With the abundance of laser clinics available in Vilnius, I definitely will not be back. If you charge this $$, you should also make it worth it.
