I have never had such an unpleasant experience before. I have been interested in laser hair removal for a long time and finally decided to try it. My beautician, whom I have been going to for a long time and whom I completely trust, recommended this clinic because she performs the procedures there herself. Therefore, I had no doubts and registered for my first procedure. The day before the appointment, I received a call from my beautician asking if anything had happened and if I would like to reschedule for the next day. I was confused because I had not canceled the appointment, and the beautician was confused too. Also, I had not received any notification about its cancellation. Only about 15 minutes later did I receive an e-mail that my appointment for tomorrow had been canceled. In order to clarify the situation, I called the clinic. The administrator assured me over the phone that the appointment would still take place tomorrow, but not with the specialist of my choice, but with another master. I want to emphasize that I registered with the specialist whom I trust and whom I have been going to for a long time. Without my consent, I was transferred to another specialist, unknown to me. When I politely asked why I couldn't stay with the specialist I had chosen and why the specialist herself was not informed about her clients, I received a raised tone and a completely unprofessional comment: "What are you, her lawyer!?" Such communication with a client is unacceptable. Instead of a clear explanation or apology, I received rudeness and aggression. I am very disappointed in both the communication and the customer service culture. It seems that the choices and loyalty of clients are not respected here, and the employees are also treated disrespectfully.
