I had surgery at Baltijos Amerikos Klinika (BAK), and my experience was very positive. The staff were extremely kind and professional. Before the operation, the doctor, anesthesiologist, and nurses all came to explain the procedure in detail, which really helped calm me and made me feel confident and prepared. After the surgery, the medical team checked on me regularly. They monitored my pain level, temperature, and blood pressure to make sure I was recovering well. Although I do not speak Lithuanian, communication was not a problem because most of the staff spoke English. In the few cases where a nurse did not speak English, they brought a colleague who could translate and explain everything clearly. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The clinic also provided pajamas, towels, and slippers, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a very good experience at BAK and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.

The waiting areas feel spacious and well-designed and everything is organised so you know exactly where to go.
