On February 4th, I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was afraid of the operation, but the entire team took care of me perfectly and all my fears quickly evaporated. The operation went without any complications and was imperceptible (I closed and opened my eyes already in my ward), the treatment was easy and simple. I am extremely grateful to these people for their dedication, professionalism, polite and humane communication. A more problematic man was lying next to me in the ward - I was amazed at how politely and beautifully the doctors worked with him. You are unreal. 💛

I rate it poorly, I visited several times, one pushed the other away with pain. They did a blockade, which was probably not necessary, because after 4 times the surgeon who arrived interrupted it, and the dentist who had just finished did something, and the system records that the medication was only administered 3 times. This means that they learned to administer the medication. My health deteriorated.

If it were up to me, I wouldn't give it a single star. I had to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted, the appointment was at 8:30, when I arrived - I waited until 5 pm and they said they wouldn't operate today. Maybe tomorrow, then I made a fuss and the doctor came and said they wouldn't operate even tomorrow. The next appointment is in 3 months. Tragedy, it's better to have your teeth extracted privately than here. Also, all the residents in the apartment could go down on the ground, because practically everyone working there is like "what's up with that". I don't know, it's a real mess, the information doesn't come out on time, one person says one thing, and another says another. If you threw some lavender, they would probably communicate properly. That's probably what they were expecting..

The reception work is tragic and the employees are very unpleasant. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist attacked me by saying that all the doctor's appointments in the morning had been cancelled and why did I come here, even though I didn't receive any call and my appointment at Esveikata was not cancelled.
