What can I say about Kopa Clinic except WOW. The clinic - spotless with the most up to date technology! The nurses - incredible. Kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Karolis - absolutely phenomenal. Extremely talented, professional, polite and everything else in between. Aiste - my coordinator. I cannot speak highly enough of Aiste. She is there whenever you need her. She replies to messages very quickly. She is so incredibly kind and will go out of her way to help you. She made the entire process seamless. I genuinely had the best experience from start to finish and Kaunas is incredibly beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend any other surgeon, coordinator or clinic.

Review left by Ashley Leebody: I am 8 weeks post op today after booking with KOPA to have my surgery with Dr Karolis, from start to finish my experience was flawless Aiste is so kind and caring and nothing is ever a hassle any questions or worries she is always there to answer or put you at ease and still checks in on me to make sure everything is going well. Dr Karolis well his works speaks for itself the man is an absolute wizard i am totally over the moon with my results he has totally changed my life. I would not go anywhere else the hospital is so clean and the hospital staff are great too. If you are in 2 minds please take the leap and book Dr Karolis through KOPA you will not regret it.

Leaving this 5 star review here. One that is well and truly deserved. Me and my friends booked to have surgery last October 2024, we texted dr.Karolis with in the matter of a couple of hours we had a straight response from him himself which I think on a personal view is absolutely amazing. You don’t get this anywhere but to hear from the surgeon himself while looking to book for something I think is extremely important. We then wore passes on to Aiste who we dealt with from that very moment and guided us through everything step by step. Ee got consistent reassurance with what procedures we wanted to have every question was answered in the most professional way. Till the day of surgery meeting dr.karolis himself, such a great man very down to earth and can tell he takes such pride in his work which he should. He is hands down amazing not one single thing to fault from start to finish. Goes through every little detail to not only make you feel comfortable but to break everything down making sure you understand what you will be having done. This man gives his 110% attention and takes your worry’s into his own hands known well when you finished you will be 110% satisfied. They made me feel so so relaxed from the second I got in contact let alone the day of surgery. The before and aftercare is something I have never heard or seen before. This company is hands down exceptional. The confidence I left the hospital with despite been in pain, they made me forget about it that’s how reassuring they wore. Even after coming home the fact how they kept in contact with us checking in all the time was brilliant even if I felt I had issues , I got the fastest possible response with such an efficient answer. I have already got a second surgery booked for earlier next year with this clinic and d.karolis. I can not wait to come back and have more done to feel more confident as I know how hand on and caring dr.karolis is to have his patients feeling better in themselves. Having previously had a tummy tuck , arm lift & breast reduction with Dr Karolis in July '24 I chose to return for a slight procedure in October. Having contacting Dr karolis he was super helpful and put me in contact with his co ordinator "Aiste"at KOPA CLINIC. From first contact with her I felt i was in safe hands, she was very fast at replying to questions, friendly , informative & helpful ,nothing was to much trouble for her and I feel she went above & beyond to support me. On the day of surgery Aiste was there to meet me and stay with me during the whole check in procedure until we met up with Dr karolis. On meeting Dr karolis we discussed my needs in great detail and Dr k was very detailed in his answers, explaining the procedure, his realistic expectations for the outcome & my recovery. Once he was assured I was happy we went ahead with the plan. The surgery went very well ,I woke in my room with no pain and I'm sure Dr k was a wizard in a previous life because his stitch work is amazing. Later Dr karolis came to check on me ,see how I was & discuss how it all went. He was also there to do my tape changes & check on wounds making me feel very well looked after. I stayed in hospital 2 nights & also recieved a lovely Lymphatic drainage massage while there. Once I was discharged i was given a bag of medical supplies containing everything i needed for my aftercare including both vocal and written instructions. Aiste came and escorted me back to the hotel room. She was in contact daily & very easy to reach if needed. I had another consultation with Dr karolis a few day later before I left lithuania which gave him the opportunity to check everything and answer any questions I may have had . Kopa clinic operate out of gijos kinikus which is a super clean state of the art hospital. The food was amazing and staff excellent. In conclusion- I highly recommend KOPA CLINIC. They are very professional, super supportive & care deeply about there clients with brilliant customer services . I felt very well looked after and cared for and will have no hesitation in returning to them for my next procedure plus lithuania is a beautiful country to visit.

Have to say I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon & clinic! I was really pleased with how everything went from the first ever enquiry. Aiste & Karolis make the perfect team & couldn’t do enough for me for a smooth journey getting my plastics done.. hostipal & it’s staff was also 10/10 I couldn’t fault them.. very pleased with my results thank you guys x
