I had an MRT scan on 2026-02-21, and every since I'm waiting for the results. It was said within 10 days the report will be done, but 10 day mark has passed an nothing has happened. All I was told is that the doctor who is responsible for this does not work on weekends, and nothing will be done before Monday. This delay and his work ethics is unacceptable and the managment of the Affidea Klinika should look into this. He should do his job and not let patients wait needlessly. Such a doctor deserves a one star rating especially given that other members of my family who had to undergo an MRT scan after me had their reports within 10 days or less. I would like to know who of your doctor is responsible for this and why he was unable to do his job!!!! After reading many positive reviews, I deeply regret that I choose Affidea Klinika for my MRT scan. Thanks to you, results are missing for my scheduled appointment with a neuro surgeon!!!! Again, the managment of the place a should look into why the doctor was delaying to write a report!!!!

Your site is only in Lithuanian and I couldn’t understand a word. I looked for information on the examination of the Heart, Lungs, and Brain, but could not read anything. Even Google translator cannot translate the Lithuanian language on the site. In the civilized world, sites are available in several languages. It is a pity that I was not able to familiarize myself with the tests I was interested in and sign up for an examination.

I submitted my blood sample to Afideja Klinika in Kaunas specifically to check my troponin levels, which are critical for assessing potential heart muscle damage—a situation that could be life-threatening. I was told at reception that the test would be done the same day, which was the only reason I trusted them with something so urgent and paid more than competing clinics would but were pressed against time. Later, I tried calling to follow up—no answer. Eventually, they called me back only to casually say “sorry, the lab had some issue” and the results would only be ready by Monday. It is now Saturday and I have still heard nothing from them. No apology, no update, no sense of urgency whatsoever. This is not just poor service—it’s dangerous. When someone comes to a medical facility with concerns about their heart, delays like this are unacceptable. It could have been a matter of life and death. Frankly, this place is starting to look like a scam operation, padded with suspiciously fake reviews to lure people in. There is no professionalism, no accountability, and certainly no urgency for what could be a critical health issue. Avoid this clinic at all costs—your health and peace of mind are worth more than this. Max Black
