Everything is great. Beautiful environment, nice employees, wonderful dermatologist Ieva Štarienė. ❤️ The only downside is that there is no parking (paid, free at all) nearby, but that's how it is in the very center.

Called to book an appointment with Airida, same girl that always does my facials. They had a same day appointment available so I took it and canceled some of my other plans just to go see her. When I get to my appointment another technician is set to do my procedure and notifies me Airida no longer works there. It’s not the first time this miscommunication happens and other technicians are given upon my arrival. I value my time. There is a reason why I keep coming back and it’s because of specific technicians. I will no longer waste my time as my time is $.
