Dear Chief Physician, I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank you for the comprehensive care that you and the team at the clinic provided to me during the treatment of my extensive varicose veins on both legs. Given the above-standard extent of the condition, I expected a more complicated course and higher costs, but everything was handled completely professionally and with a human approach, while the price remained within the normal range, which I am aware of and very much appreciate. The entire process, from ordering, through the examination to the actual surgery and subsequent checks - went quickly, smoothly, without stress, in a very pleasant environment and with the feeling that I was in the best hands. Thanks to you, I feel much better today with great relief and my legs look incredibly great. My thanks also go to the entire team at the clinic. I can warmly recommend the "One-day Vein Surgery Clinic, Chief Physician MUDr. Ota Schütz" to all those looking for a similar condition. With respect and best wishes, Josef Mara

I was very satisfied with the care at the Vein Clinic. The initial consultation, all the necessary examinations, the surgery itself and the follow-up care - everything took place within the clinic, in a short time and was well organized. I appreciate the approach to the patient, very good information about the course of care, painless surgery, postoperative care, beautiful environment of the clinic. I recommend this clinic.

I am very satisfied with the care I received at the Vein Clinic. The facility met all my requirements: professionalism, painlessness, and last but not least, the friendliness and empathy of the staff. I really appreciate the pre- and post-operative care in one place, the minimal waiting time for the examination, the beautiful environment, and the high-quality equipment. Thank you very much.

I just had surgery on my left and right legs within a week. I have to highlight both the professional and personal approach from the head doctor Schütz, the nurses and the reception. Thank you very much for everything ❤️ You are absolutely amazing.

The environment was pleasant, the examination was slightly behind schedule (I didn't mind that at all), I wanted to know how I was doing, whether the occurrence of varicose veins was problematic, whether treatment was appropriate... I understood that the initial examination had to be paid for, as the insurance company does not reimburse it. OK, I paid a thousand crowns. During the examination, I was informed that not one leg, but both legs needed to be operated on, and almost immediately. I should have made a decision as soon as possible, the summer months were approaching, when operations are not performed and my health could worsen... If the doctor hadn't been so "pressing", I probably would have believed it. It suddenly reminded me of the descriptions of the gullible owners of new pots, vacuum cleaners and other things that they did not necessarily need and only had to be exchanged for a hefty reward :-) However, I am not a doctor, I certainly did not take the information lightly and therefore I looked for a specialized workplace where examinations and operations (of course not all) are covered by insurance. There I was reassured that the situation is not serious at all and there are still plenty of treatment methods and it is not necessary to resort to surgical intervention. Another disappointment occurred today, when after a few months I checked the withdrawal from the health insurance company account and found out that the procedure at the clinic was charged to the insurance company. So I assume that the "liter" that I paid was actually for the ointment that I received as a gift. I am not questioning the surgical procedures, nor the approach to patients, or the quality of the care provided, I am only pointing out the not very fair approach. This is just my subjective opinion and I'm saving this comment here just for my own use, in case I ever want to visit again, if I forget my own experience due to memory loss. Then this post, which is not intended to discourage anyone, will definitely remind me :-)
