I am absolutely amazed with the service I’ve got! I decided to do breast augmentation with Dr Polak. Everything was perfect from the beginning of the conversation on email till my last hours in the clinic. I have got all of the medical checks, step by step instructions, amazing consultation, the atmosphere in the clinic was so cosy and stressless, I felt like I’m before my dentist appointment. The surgery went amazing, very fast and easy (at least for me😅), after care was very high level. Also I need to mention that I got a translator (even though I didn’t asked for) which means the customer service is working in its 100%. Hygiene rate is absolutely amazing, I’m very picky about that but trust me this is one of the best medical places I have ever been too !

There is no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care I received a couple days ago. I have undergone the breast augmentation with dr Chorvat a week ago and I am happy to say I’d re-live those two days again. The whole booking process was really easy, I have contacted them in March, asking about the details and all informations I needed was sent back right away. All the questions I had, all concerns were answered and explained. The International Clients lady, Nikola, heads down walked me through the whole procedure. There was no pressure and pushing to choose the day and go ahead - they were flexible and gave me the time I wanted - in November. Stepping into the clinic on the day, I was welcomed by a lovely reception lady and the whole process began. The clinic itself is very clean and modern. It gives you very luxurious first impressions. Fresh flowers and water - top notch for an aesthetic lover. Makes you want to come back. I had all my medical in the hospital the same day I was operated - that was my personal choice. When all the checks (bloods, scan etc.) were done I was ready to have a consultation with the doctor Chorvat. The approach, the understanding and professionalism was absolutely amazing. I was given the choice of implants I wanted, I was able to explain what kind of effects I am after and I was heard. I was also able to show the pictures of the effects I was after. He provided a great care and advice - couldn’t think of anyone better. The surgery itself went very smooth. I was asked all the times if I was okay, if I understood what was happening and if I needed any meds. The room I slept in has everything you might need, I have even discovered the morning I checked out that they provided a tablet and headphones! The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works great. I also had a TV with Netflix in the room. The internet works well. The private bathroom was beautiful. The room has CCTV in case something happens. After the operation, I was monitored by the staff at all times and given medication. The personnel was coming every time you might needed help, there was a button to ask the nurses to come over. All the food is also provided - the snack after the surgery, the light supper and a private fridge with the drinks to help yourself. Dr Chorvat also came later to check up on me. I was really amazed how much the nurses genuinely cared about my well being. At night there was a night shift doctor checking up on me also. Thank you all so much for your kindness! The check out process was also very easy. I was given the menu to choose all my food for breakfast the night before. Plenty to choose from! After the breakfast (amazing coffee by the way! ☕️) the nurse was doing a final checks and help me dress up. To all the nurses and staff that took care of me - thank you. All of them very professional, very polite and helpful. All of the staff speaks perfectly in English. To the surgeon - from the moment I stepped in, I knew I am in the best hands! If I had to do this again - it would be the same doctor! Overall, it was 10/10 experience and I will recommend the Premier Clinic to everyone. From the bottom of my heart - thank you!

This is the best clinic in Prague. The staff are incredibly kind and professional, and I sincerely recommend this clinic to everyone. I have been coming here for laser hair removal, and today I had a CO₂ laser treatment. Dr. MUDr. Martina Krásová is truly wonderful. She explained everything to me clearly, reassured me despite my strong anxiety, and performed an absolutely perfect treatment. I did not feel any pain at all. From the staff to the quality of the services, everything is simply perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and would like to sincerely thank Dr. MUDr. Martina Krásová for the care and attention she gave me.🫶

Great communication, the possibility of online consultations, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr. Chorvat — an excellent doctor. In case of any complications, you can also count on ongoing support via WhatsApp, help with hotel bookings and airport transfers, as well as evaluation of post-procedure photos. Thank you very much for the post-operative care and mediating between me and the clinic :)

A couple from Germany who visited the clinic to make liposuction due to lipodema problem that my wife was facing! All was perfect ! The facilities the staff the professional work the way the people are treating you was amazing! I have to say a big thanks from my bottom of the heart to Dr Mister IGOR SLANINKA for his efforts and the right and immediate and professional consultation and to the whole team that treated my wife with care knowledge and respect ! As for the rest people who have doubts which clinic to visit , I strongly recommend this clinic ! Many many thanks to you all for all you have done!
