I recently had a consultation with Dr. Frajer for breast augmentation. Unfortunately, I left the clinic very dissatisfied. The clinic is small and felt overcrowded. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait about half an hour. My name was then simply called from the consultation room into the waiting room – there was no friendly greeting. The consultation room itself is small, dark, and smelled of cigarette smoke. Dr. Frajer sat behind his desk during the consultation and began by asking why I wanted to have the procedure. The risks were addressed right from the start. Throughout the entire consultation, however, I felt a lack of empathy and understanding. Furthermore, there was: - no preparation (no implants were laid out) - a half-hearted presentation of two shapes - no detailed or personalized consultation. After the breast examination (a quick glance and a brief touch), I was simply left standing in the room unclothed without being told that I could get dressed again. I had to ask for information about costs, procedure, or location myself – otherwise, these details apparently wouldn't have been addressed at all. I was simply told to contact the doctor in Prague to schedule an appointment, and the woman would discuss everything with me. Overall, I felt like I had to keep asking about everything. Unfortunately, I felt more like a number than a patient who was being taken seriously. His social media presence initially gave a positive impression, but Dr. Frajer didn't convince me on a personal level. Especially with such an intimate topic, I consider empathy, understanding, and a trusting atmosphere particularly important. For a consultation, I expect not only medical information but also time, empathy, and honest, personalized advice. I personally find €50 for a consultation that lasted less than 15 minutes disappointing. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend him. Afterward, I knew immediately that I would not choose him as my doctor.

I am really unhappy, I am 35 years old and I went to the Perfect Clinic in Liberec for a general face brightening - botox and several fillers, I gave it to myself as a gift for giving birth, which I have 10 months behind me, I was really looking forward to it and trusted that they would entrust themselves to the greatest experts in the field, that is why I was willing to pay extra for this, because I know that this treatment can be obtained cheaper. I paid 32 thousand. CZK and I only have eyes left to cry from! 😥😥😥 After the forehead treatment, my entire eyebrow fell out so that it is completely straight, my eyelids are not visible and everything is pressing on my eyes so that it makes my right eye tickle and my head hurts all the time. In addition, my face looks older, troubled and as if I am constantly angry. People around me ask me what happened to me? I reported this information to the clinic and was scheduled for a check-up, where they only told me that it would probably go away in a few weeks. This is my first time having Botox and this has never happened to me, but I went to Prague. It is clear to me that in a week it will be even worse, because the onset of Botox takes time and the final result, muscle numbness is a matter of about a week. So my forehead will probably sag even more and I will look like a total Mongol. At the moment I am facing a situation where I paid 32 thousand CZK for a service that I wish would go away quickly and I would look like a human being. For my part, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone for Botox treatment and I wish everyone that the same thing never happens to anyone. Ordered 2 months in advance for a consultation. The day before, I got a call that the doctor was having an operation in Prague, so if he could change the time to 9:00. I agreed. I arrived the next day at 9:00, after which I was told that the doctor would arrive from Prague in an hour, so if I didn't want to wait. I preferred to cancel the consultation. Great organization of the order.
