Breast OP - Dr. Jakub Miletín On July 14, I had my breast augmentation surgery in Prague at @perfectklinic with @jakubmiletín. Unfortunately, about 12 days later I developed an infection. This was NOT the surgeon’s fault — it’s simply a known risk with any surgery! On the night of July 26, I had emergency surgery in Switzerland, where they temporarily placed a different implant. Up until July 31, I had two more operations, and in the last one the implant was completely removed and everything was closed up. After about 3 months, I was finally allowed to have a new implant put in again. After consultations in Switzerland, I quickly decided to return to Dr. Jakub Miletín. I received an incredibly fair (more than fair!) offer from Perfect Clinic. On November 6, I had the surgery and got exactly the same breast size again. In the 3 months leading up to the operation, I did intensive scar and breast care: scar massages, breast massages, and I carefully pulled and stretched the skin (I’m not sure if that actually helped). After the surgery, I unfortunately had to be opened up again — as luck would have it, I had internal bleeding that needed to be stopped. It’s nothing serious, it can happen with breast augmentations, and it was fixed without any further issues. After the operation, I took medication for several days to prevent soft-tissue infection. More than 2 weeks later: no signs of infection at all. I’d say I’m finally over the worst of it. Still taking it easy and letting everything heal properly! I would absolutely, 100% recommend Dr. Jakub Miletín and Perfect Clinic!

A very good experience with the Perfect Clinic, although they were some bumps along the way. I travelled abroad to the clinic for plastic surgery, so I was very nervous. I’m a Czech national (but I’ve never lived there) so I know that sometimes the customer service in the country is a bit brusque or can be rude. The people at reception were mostly polite, but when it came to the aftercare, they were extremely good - they were patient, accommodating, answered all of my questions and when I called with a routine question after the surgery the first thing they said when they answered the phone ‘Is everything okay? What can we do?’ The outcome of the initial surgery was not successful (not a disaster) and I needed a revision. I was not expecting the clinic to offer a revision because as I said, the initial surgery was not awful. But, without question or quibble, they offered me a revision 100% free with no surprise costs, and they were able to fit me in earlier than they initially proposed. I would not have felt comfortable doing the revision had it not been for the kind, compassionate and caring nature of my first doctor, who put a lot of effort into making me feel calm and at ease. Even during the surgery, both the nurse and the doctor were speaking to me and checking I was okay throughout the procedure. The second surgery was a great success and the doctor was efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Ultimately very happy I chose the clinic and my result is excellent.

I had a surgery at Perfect Clinic and spent one night hospitalized — and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the initial consultation to the after-surgery care, everything was handled with great professionalism and warmth. I felt truly cared for. A big thank you to MUDr. Pros and his amazing team. I highly recommend the clinic!

Bad experience. I wanted to remove small spot from nose with laser, in the end they recommended “small cut” in plastic surgery. They spoiled my nose and how I look. Dermatologist said that it won’t be visible. I hope it will be better with time, as now after 2 months the scar is 1 cm long and very prominent

Unfortunately not recommended, Dr. Roman Kufa has completely ruined my nose and I should have never went to this clinic. Do not go to him if you are Asian , he is unexperienced with them!
