Visited the studio with my friend yesterday , I underwent botox for the first time, it didn’t hurt at all so I am ecstatic! The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated the the doctors professionalism. I will be back! Thank you ❤️

Awesome! The surgery and service at My Best Care clinic were absolutely perfect. I was on fews consultations and thought to give up my life dream. Before I went to clinic MBC Vysočanská. Their professional and kind stuff convinced me and made from surgery the greatest decision ever.

My partner and I flew out to Prague for my breast augmentation. On the day of scheduled surgery, the co-ordinator stated surgery could not go ahead due to abnormalities in the blood test. They took money for the blood tests and did not provide me with the results so I can explore further. They returned the deposit eventually, and not the full deposit I paid. I found the experience to be very unprofessional and have now had my procedure elsewhere.

I want to really express my disappointment about Botox treatment. I made 3 attempts ‼️3‼️instead of of 1, just because the doctor could not calculate properly the dose. This is just a basic! Fundamentals for Botox treatment. I came first time 2 years ago and it went fine. This treatment I do often and know which effect to expect. And what I want to say, first attempt was in January then, February and the last on march 10, today is 6 May and on my forehead I have wrinkles back. I want really to highlight either the low quality ingredients itself or just unprofessional staff.

They don't answer the emails, only have agenda for months and months, don't know when they would have agenda to ever do the procedure... God lucky trying.
