I traveled from Berlin to Prague to undergo a deep plane facelift, neck lift, and endoscopic brow lift with Dr. Christodoulou, and I am very happy with my decision. I recently underwent a deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, and submandibular gland resection at Medicom Clinic in Prague, and I want to share my truly wonderful experience. She responded not only promptly, but with true professionalism and endless patience. I must admit, I ask a lot of questions—but that is my right as a patient. Lenka never once showed frustration. Instead, she guided me step by step, encouraged me to attend a consultation, and made sure I felt secure throughout the process. At my consultation, I met Dr. Christodoulou Petros. If I had to describe him in three words, they would be: professional, empathetic, and passionate about his work. We set the date for surgery, and from then on Lenka stayed in touch with me until the big day, providing every single detail I needed—from A to Z. Her passion and dedication are truly rare. She even personally accompanied me to my full medical check-up and back to my hotel, then again on the day of surgery, and stayed connected with me throughout my entire stay in Prague. I would also like to highlight Mrs. Martina, the clinic’s manager, who personally visited me in my room after surgery. That gesture alone showed me that the management genuinely cares about both their patients and their reputation. My heartfelt thanks also go to Adela🌻another angel I met at Medicom. She is not only a highly skilled nurse but also incredibly kind and supportive. Thank you, Adela. I would also like to thank Veronika, who showed the same high standards of professionalism and compassion in her care. Lastly, I must mention Mrs. Romana Matasová, the anesthesiologist. She personally came to double-check all the information I had provided, even though she didn’t necessarily need to. She did this because she truly cares about her patients’ safety and well-being. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind.In summary, my experience at Medicom Clinic was outstanding. Dr Petros Christodolou he's the Dr that helped me to find myself again when I started losing my "self confidence" started to impact my personal life especially when in meeting people and their focus on my eyes!!! you know when they are talking to you and look at you: (mmmm let me guess how old are you?!!") so....quite embarrassing for me to hear hundreds times started feeling frustrated and depressed 😔 Anyway... Im working in luxury holistic environment and i never told guests lies just to sell products but I always advice when the damage is in the tissue.. and deeper...there is no product to apply to reduce puffyness & fat under the eyes, insted go and find a good Surgeon like I did! After Surgery like I'll do, is a good time to start a Good skin routine but before don't waiste money on products or other treatments when the damage is too deep! This is my point of view, being honest! Dr Petros his extremely "skilled" I got impressive on his CV& Carrer, he has really a gold touch, so gentle and passionate about his job! Friendly, and helpful in people needs even on weekend!! High recommend HIM 👌🏻 I just removed the plaster and see how my eyes are refreshed and smooth and are not fully healed yet!
