I decided to have upper and lower bleph surgery in January after contacting Med Royal. Simona from the start was absolutely great and provided all the necessary information in order for em to get this done. In march I flew out for a few days and attended the Yes Visage clinic where Dr Andrea Musilova did my surgery. She decided that we would not do the lower outer bleph and instead did a transconjunctival blep (where they they remove the tissue from inside the eyelid) instead and also did CO2 lasering around the eyes and cheeks. Sounds scary I know but I was put to see and the procedure took place and I woke up later with no pain only a touch of sunburn from the lasering and dry eyes. I do admit where I saw the dressings I did think what the hell have I done, but 9 weeks on I am so glad I did it now. My family and friends all comment on how better I look. I must say again how great Simona was and she was always on hand whenever I messaged and answered any queries or concerns. She even would reply to me on the weekends (sorry Simona). The treatment I got was 5*, the only regret I do have was not having someone with me to to help me back to the hotel. I thought I would have been ok but really did struggle to book my Uber. No regrets just wish I'd done it sooner.

The medical team provided the excellent, compassionate and professional care. Simona is very supportive, approachable, efficient, kind and friendly throughout the process. Really appreciate her professional support. She always responds my questions and addresses my concerns with empathy even on her holidays. I cannot thank her enough. 😊

I was really nervous about travelling abroad for surgery and wasn’t sure where to start, but Dani completely put my mind at ease. From the very beginning, she was quick to respond, taking the time to answer all my questions (and there was a lot!), explaining everything clearly and honestly. She went above and beyond by recommending a hotel and the best clinic for my needs, she arranged a video consultation before committing and blood tests when I arrived. Thanks to her support, what started as a scary decision ended up feeling smooth and well-organised. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Now I have her as a contact, I look forward to my next ‘refresh’ in Czech Republic! I cannot recommend her enough!

10/10. I was liaising with Simona throughout. She was so helpful. The clinic so clean and very welcoming. I’m very happy with how everything has turned out. I had an upper bleph. The only pain I felt was a few hours after surgery more sore but subsided.
