I am very satisfied with the Yes Visage clinic. I always look forward to my next visit 🙂 Pleasant environment, great cafe, nice and helpful receptionists, great and smiling Dr. Dančová, who explains everything, gives advice, and her work is precise 👍. I always like to return to Dr. Burdzová. She is a very pleasant and charming doctor who performs all procedures precisely and with sensitivity. She always gives advice willingly and openly. Thank you, I will not let this oasis of aesthetics pass me by ❤️ Maybe just a small note: you have to pay for drinks here. At such a level of clinic, I would expect coffee and water to be automatically free. It has a better effect on the client than a fee for coffee 🤦🏽‍♀️. Even in dental clinics or massage parlors, clients are not asked to pay for drinks. Desserts and other food are fine, I think, because they are paid for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at YES VISAGE. After 21 email exchanges, with details, photos, and specific requests, I arrived at the clinic only to find that the staff had no knowledge of my case. The doctor laughed at me, tried to dissuade me from the treatment, and at the reception, they then demanded payment for a consultation I was never supposed to pay for. Despite the manager’s apologies, my attempts to contact them afterward were ignored. In the end, I received an email from the clinic saying they no longer wanted to proceed with my treatment and advised me to seek another clinic. This was an enormous waste of time and an extremely disrespectful treatment. I cannot recommend this clinic at all.
