My experience is with Dr. Brandao (dentist) and Dr. Puklus (dental hygiene) and I've never had any issues over the years. Both doctors are professionals and treat me nicely. My teeth went through some major and painful changes - orthodontics, wisdom and other teeth extractions, but the support of these two was always great. And I'm saying this as a person who's oversensitive when it comes to pain. You can tell by their use of their instruments, that they understand how to limit the amount of any possible pain you might feel. Good job!

I feel terrible, like I've been robbed. Charged me 1000czk to tell me after 1 minute of consultation that they cant help me with despite making it clear via email thats what I require, Disappointing to waste my time and have to pay for the privilege.

It is totally a waste of my time. I am not happy with the dermatology care consultation of Dr. Bernardova. Even though I book an appointment for this consultation in advance, the doctor came late because of previous patient. I can understand though, the only I got from the consultation is that she just said they don't have any treatment for my skin type and give the contact of another clinic. I didn't even get the proper explanation I expected about my skin problem. Then, she was saying that consultation is done (it took around only 5 or 7min) and she had to go back to previous patient. She also said I can wait her if I still want to ask more questions. Once after I complained to receptionist about that, she came back to me and talks a little bit, giving some sample products. I paid 700czk for that kind of consultation, unbelievable. It is not about the money. My time and effort to go there are totally wasted, and it wasn't really well like I expected. Anyway, I didn't satisfy at all.😒

UPDATE: This clinic did no bloodwork, didn't take my blood pressure, nor did they read my paperwork. They denied having a weight requirement. Then (after flying in from another country), they said I was too fat for the surgery. Again, they did no bloodwork, didn't take my blood pressure and denied having a weight requirement. They said, "no requirement of weight but patient must be healthy." I didn't smoke, drink alcohol, or abuse drugs. I took a weekly exercise class, walked everyday, took the stairs at work, saw a therapist weekly and re-started daily meditation. Oh and my blood pressure is pretty much always 120/80 when I visit the doctor. Sounds pretty healthy to me. They required me to send in a full deposit regardless of exchange rates and etc. but could only be bothered to refund me partially. It’s interesting that they require full payment but have many excuses when it comes to refunding in full (after I had to chase them for a month). They aren’t transparent about requirements for surgical procedures either. Don’t waste your time or money here because you won’t get either back after this clinic has their way with you.
