I travelled from the uk to have the laser resurfacing treatment! Best decision ever!! I was greeted by very friendly helpful staff!! The clinic is clean and beautiful!! Their after care has been incredible!! I flew back the same day and I have had follow up conversations and and answers to all my questions answered very quickly!! It’s only day 1 and I can see results already!! Very excited for the end results!! I will definitely be going back and can not recommend them more!! Incredible value compared to the uk!! Thank you all so much for a lovely experience and all your help!! 100% 5 stars!!

I would like to highlight amazing service received from Dr. Gribkova and her nurse assistant for my hair growth stimulation treatment. They combined several state-of-the-art approaches (laser, PrP, mesotherapy, exosomes) in a personalized treatment plan and the amazing results are visible already after the first session. The setting is stylish, all employees are lovely, and professionalism is outstanding. Worth a short flight from Western Europe for this level of skill and service.

After over a year of visiting this clinic, I can confidently leave a 5-star review — specifically for MUDr. Liubiankova. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on the individual. She never pushed product sales and always offered clear, actionable guidance for my specific issues. My background: I developed severe rosacea following hormonal acne. I visited 8 different clinics in Prague before this one — I prefer not to name them, but 3 turned me away due to the severity, 4 pushed overpriced products, and 1 made me feel like an embarrassment. Most of them were private clinics. At my first appointment with MUDr. Liubiankova in Jan 2024, she told me my skin wasn’t at a proper shape for any treatment. Instead of selling me anything, she prescribed pharmacy-grade products to calm the inflammation, explained possible course of action, expectations and price. It was the first time I recieved constructive, actionable feedback. Over the next few visits, she gave continued advice to prep my skin for IPL — all without pushing any unnecessary products or treatments. I started IPL in fall 2024. After third session, I saw visible improvements. By the fifth, I stopped experiencing rosacea flushes and inflammation and could finally go makeup-free — something I hadn’t done in 3 years. After the final session, she offered a further treatment suggestion — but always as a suggestion, never a sales push. If you're looking for a professional, honest, and expert dermatologist — MUDr. Liubiankova is the reason to go to this clinic.

Overall, the doctors are excellent, but the receptionists make the entire experience frustrating. I really hope the clinic improves the quality of its front-desk service — it does not match the level of the medical care they provide.

I went to this clinic in person to ask about booking an appointment for tomorrow or the following day for two people. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was very hurtful and unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist or offer any alternatives, she told me to “go and try the massage place across the street".I came to a clinic because I was looking for a safe, clean, and professional environment, not a street massage place. I spoke politely and respectfully, yet the way I was addressed made me feel disrespected. This experience was very disappointing.
