I underwent a SMAS facelift with Dr Lucak after losing 25 kilos of weight.   The whole experience from the initial contact, co-ordinator Marina, exceptional! nurses and Dr Lucak was completely professionl, caring and communitive.  Everything went according to plan as was explained to me. The results have been amazing and much more than I expected.  The aftercare was great, I was in contact with the clinic through my whole recovery. I am forever grateful to Dr Lucak as I feel very normal now. I highly recommend the ABC Clinic and would not be nervous at all about using their services.  Thank you!

Overall I had a really good experience. The whole process was quite scary at times, but the staff made it much easier. The nurses were absolutely lovely and very supportive throughout, which helped a lot with the nerves. My surgeon was quite serious and straight to the point, but I suppose that’s pretty normal for surgeons. The clinic itself was extremely clean and really nice, which made me feel comfortable and safe being there. The only thing I would say is that the consultation felt quite rushed — it was only about five minutes. Because of that, I didn’t actually know whether my implants were going over or under the muscle until the day after surgery. I would have appreciated a bit more time to go through those details beforehand. That said, the results are fantastic and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Overall it was a positive experience and I’m glad I went through with it.

The worst possible outcome. Dr. Otakar Lucak performed my rhinoplasty, and three days later, I developed a bacterial infection in my nose, which I strongly believe was caused by improper surgical or post-operative protocol. It is important to note that the doctor did not prescribe any antibiotics, offer any assistance, or provide tests or clinic care. Instead, he repeatedly said things like "don't do nothing", “it will heal by itself”, and “my thoughts are with you.” As a result, I am now left with a severely deformed nose—parrot-like in appearance—and a huge circular scar on the top of my nose. The clinic offered no compensation and chose to completely ignore the situation. In my opinion, the doctors are purely educated in post-operative care and either lack the knowledge or the responsibility required to properly treat complications, including prescribing appropriate medication. Because of this experience, I will never recommend this doctor or this clinic. I have since met multiple other patients who were also harmed after surgery (almost cost a life, in my case, it was also a possible scenario)—either by this doctor or by others in the same clinic—and their experiences were very similar. Once you pay, they stop caring. If you get health issues, they will pray for you in church. Amin

Very poor and unprofessional experience with ABClinic. After my initial enquiry about a potential procedure, the clinic contacted me and requested personal details (age, weight, etc.). I provided everything promptly. Since 10th February, I have received absolutely no response. I even visited the clinic in person and spoke with a coordinator, Eva Vanova, who assured me I would receive a reply the same day. This never happened. Being ignored after providing personal information and after a face-to-face visit is completely unacceptable. This shows a serious lack of organisation, professionalism, and respect for potential patients. If this is how they handle communication before any procedure, it raises serious concerns about the level of care during and after treatment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this clinic.

I’m not sure whether the receptionist Dana Draská lacked professionalism or if the clinic simply doesn’t value patient communication. When I asked basic questions ( my email below ) I was ignored, but when it came to booking a paid consultation, they immediately offered dates. I don’t want to pay for a consultation before I know I can trust the doctor, and unfortunately this experience didn’t give me confidence. It is a red flag.
