We stumbled onto this salon by accident after having a unpleasant experience with another salon. But oh my, what a chance that was. Elegance is incredible! Super relaxing, tidy, clean and luxurious space. I had the head spa and had the most relaxing time of my life. My mom followed and she loved it so much so got a full body massage and felt incredible. Will absolutely be back next time in Varna. You can put your trust into these guys, they are absolute professionals and will take care of you, spirit and soul.

My wife and had been gifted treatments at this establishment. I opted for a full body massage, while my wife opted for a different treatment. The masseuse gave my body a thorough seeing to, in particular, she pinpointed an area of my back that required intensive manipulation. To complete the treatment, she applied Luga to my back area, this required me to lay on the massage table for 20 minutes. The results for me were spectacular, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated, a wonderful experience 😊

I visited the studio for the Head Spa & Detox procedure - extremely pleasant and relaxing. I enjoyed a wonderful scalp, face and décolleté massage, filled with various techniques that made me completely relax. My scalp was extremely clean and refreshed afterwards, and my hair smelled wonderful. Thank you Chrissy for the attentive attitude and professionalism! ❤️

I would not recommend this place unless you are deliberately looking for disappointment for 120 leva for a so-called “relaxing” massage. Instead of a peaceful atmosphere, I was subjected to constant noise – on one side a sound resembling a drill (an anti-cellulite procedure), and on the other – rhythmic and loud sounding, reminiscent of a beatboxer warming up. The massage itself was of mediocre quality and offered nothing to justify the price – a similar level can be obtained almost anywhere, at a significantly lower price. Communication was also problematic, as the masseur spoke mainly Russian and had difficulty expressing himself in Bulgarian, which further undermined the sense of professionalism. As an additional inconvenience – if you are driving, I recommend allowing at least 30 minutes extra time, as parking in the area is extremely difficult. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet either expectations or the price. In response to your comment: Ask the masseur if there was any noise, the girl apologized 5 times before leaving. Maybe your cameras only record a picture and that's why you can't hear. Cheap attempt to wash your ass. And your offer of a voucher in exchange for deleting this review was also cheap.
