The Vderm clinic and the team of Dr. Irina and Dr. Evgeni Sharkov are an example of professionalism, high ethics and personal attitude. They are two exceptional specialists in whom I have complete trust. Their approach to the patient is individual, attentive and always aimed at achieving real, natural results. Dr. Sharkov actively trains and participates in the largest international dermatological forums, and Dr. Evgeni Sharkov is often invited as a lecturer and teacher abroad - proof of the recognition they have in professional circles. Vderm combines the most modern technologies, a cozy atmosphere and a human attitude - a clinic where you feel in safe hands.

I visited the clinic with a clear goal – to purchase a specific product from the Biologique Recherche brand (P50), which I use and follow according to plan. I am familiar with the brand’s policy, according to which before purchasing, a skin diagnosis must be performed by their specialist – tactile, visual or hardware. Until now, I have always purchased my products from specialized brand stores in France (not from pharmacies), where I have undergone a visual and tactile examination – completely sufficient for a correct assessment of the condition of my skin and always free of charge. In this case, however, I was forced to undergo hardware diagnostics, which took time, was unnecessary for my situation and – most importantly – I was not informed in advance that it was a paid service. I expected a standard consultation, such as I have received in other places, and I was unpleasantly surprised that in the end I had to pay 80 leva for the examination, without having consciously chosen this option. I purchased two products – P50 (140 BGN), which I know very well, and a second one on the recommendation of their specialist worth 190 BGN. With the examination, the total amount reached 410 BGN. In other centers, it is usually the practice for the examination to be free with subsequent purchase of products – but this was not applied here. I believe that every client should be informed in advance and clearly about the prices and nature of the services, especially when it comes to mandatory and unexpected procedures. I share my experience in the hope of helping other clients to be better prepared – to ask questions in advance and to inform themselves about what exactly the consultation involves and, most importantly, is it necessary, especially if – like me – they already follow an established regimen and know what they are looking for.

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic and especially with the dermatologist STANKO KLISARSKI if I can even call him a "Dermatologist". I had an examination with him and he turned out to be an exceptional fraud. My problem was related to acne on my forehead, he hardly paid attention to it, saying that I had to do between 4 or 5 Laser Genesis therapies, of which only one procedure costs 400 BGN and if there is no effect after that, to start taking doxycycline. After a few days, I called and asked to be prescribed the antibiotic, whereupon the fraudster was not particularly pleased that he would not be able to take my money and lied to me that he, as a "Dermatologist", could not write me an electronic prescription and sent me (with great delay) a photo of the prescription written on paper ... in two words "get well". I also had a lump on my forehead that he barely looked at or even touched, defining it as a cyst (the lump has nothing to do with a cyst, I went to two other clinics that confirmed it!). He explained to me that if I want improvement, I need to be injected with corticosteroids... (the lump is not even inflamed!) or have surgery (the spot is extremely visible and there will be a scar!). My conclusion is that Mr. STANKO KLISARSKI is a terrible UNPROFESSIONAL who is looking for every possible way to take people's money. This whole exciting experience cost me 100 lv!

Is it normal for your price list to make your clients remove their makeup themselves and to have provided coarse gauze pads for this purpose? And the lack of information from the receptionists simply amazes me 🤷🏻‍♀️
