I would recommend this clinic to everyone. I visited this place for a facial cleansing procedure. I am very satisfied with the services and the price. Since I have very sensitive skin, there were no red spots left after such a procedure. My skin is smooth and clear.

The clinic is really good! I highly recommend it. The team is working really professionally, taking good care of the patients according to their needs. The treatment they prescribed and did to me is in accordance with my specific skin type and gave really good results. I received also advice on how to take care of my skin and keep it in a perfect shape at home which shows that the team is committed to provide the best care for their patients. In my opinion, the clinic is keeping up with the highest standards!

Very disappointed with my experience. I went in for a procedure listed at a certain price, but ended up being charged significantly more without clear explanation beforehand. I felt misled and taken advantage of as a client who trusted their professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit left me with a negative impression and I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed with my mother’s procedure. A nurse explicitly encouraged her to drink water beforehand, which led to repeated bathroom breaks and compromised the work. The procedure was left half done, something the doctor initially admitted. Later, Dr. Denkov denied that the hydration instruction could have occurred, claiming it violated protocol. No accountability was taken, no corrective action was offered, and the overall experience was deeply unprofessional and upsetting.

Hi there, when I entered the clinic, which is stunning, I was warm welcomed but then when it came to the actual initial consultation I got incredibly disappointed. It promised to analyse my issues and target them with treatments I was willing to do, also I was expecting professional advice. But for these initially promised 30 minutes costing 60 lev I got nothing in return besides one subscription for some creams which took up literally all the time I was in the cabinet - 12 min. I was actively trying to engage in the conversation to get something out of this consultation, even though I didn't think that's my task but Dr. Kovandzhiyska didn't make any further attempts to educate me on my skin type, further treatments or my ageing related questions. I regret I didn't just trust my own medical school background knowledge more. I hope my experience was an exception. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
