Urgent need for renovations in the second children's hospital. Or after the new hospital opens, they should stop accommodating people there.

We are very happy with the pediatrician who works on Saturdays and Sundays, but during the week, the attitude is disgusting. Last night my child started choking from coughing. Accordingly, we went to the emergency room. We were there at 6:50 and the nurse kicked us out because their working hours were until 7:00. We asked her if someone would be able to examine us if we waited. Accordingly, she assured us that a new doctor would come on shift at 8 and would help us. We waited in front of the hospital and went back in at 7:50. The nurse who took over the shift shouted at us that the doctor would not be available until 9:30 and his schedule was full, so there was no way to do an examination. We went to the emergency room because our personal doctor was not working today. From there, they also tried to send us back, but they made a compromise to call a pediatrician from the department to examine the child. I don't understand how you can bring a 3-year-old child back with a choking cough, give wrong information that could have cost us an emergency room visit, and on top of that, argue and yell in front of the child. Shame on you!!

We were just scammed for money. Terrible! We came in with acute abdominal pain in a child. The emergency department refused to accept us, they sent us to an appointment. I paid 45 leva for an appointment with a pediatrician, who could not do anything and sent me to a surgeon. I had to pay 45 leva again and the surgeon sent us to the emergency department, which had not accepted us before. Very dirty, disgusting attitude towards patients, everywhere they raise their voices and even yell.

People, never go there for anything urgent! I go with a kidney crisis, they beat me with Dexofen and send me with a prescription for Diclopram, and tomorrow for a referral for an ultrasound! And I've had a blocked kidney, which is life-threatening!!! Never again!

Много са зле! Отидохме с направление за рентген, в което пише цялата информация-кой лекар ни е изпратил, защо и т.н. На регистратурата са като бавноразвиващи се, сто въпроса ни зададоха, кой ни е изпратил и защо, само и само да ни разкарат, явно парите, които ще приберат от касата за снимката, са малко и не им се занимава с дреболии. За рентгена да не говорим, една кисела госпожа ни разпита откъде-накъде отиваме на техния рентген, все едно сами сме решили да отидем там, а не ни е изпратил лекар. Надявам се никога повече да не стъпим в този т.нар. "медицински център". Една звезда е много, нула и под нулата. Обслужването е под всякаква критика, този персонал, който ни обслужи, най-добре да отиде да мете улиците, за да слязат на земята малко.
