Would defiantly not recommend this hospital to anyone the lady downstairs who was cleaning as you walked into the hospital is one of the most rudest lady’s I have ever met. The general cleanliness of the hospital was disgusting hairs all over the floor and bed in the room my daughter was in the aircon unit was full of dust. Dirty marks all over the wall damp on ceiling. The bathroom in our room was disgusting. Hospitals are meant to be a clean and hygienic place this was most certainly not the case. Majority of staff were rude and didn’t explain to us anything that was happening. Defiantly felt like they was trying to keep my daughter in hospital for longer than needed to get as much out of are insurance company as possible. Kept giving my daughter medication with out telling us what it was for. Food was disgusting and freezing cold I feel sorry for anyone who ends up in this hospital.

I recently visited this hospital for an X-ray and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I needed several different X-ray views, as instructed by my doctor, but the radiology staff member repeatedly dismissed my attempts to explain this and simply told me to “wait.” After completing only the basic images, I again tried to clarify that additional projections were required. I was abruptly informed that they did not have the equipment for those images. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and consideration for the patient. The situation worsened at the reception desk, where I went to inquire about obtaining a new referral. I chose this hospital specifically because it is advertised that English is spoken, yet the receptionist raised her voice at me, questioning why I didn’t speak Bulgarian. As someone who pays for Bulgarian national health insurance, I found this attitude especially unacceptable — every insured patient deserves clear communication and respectful treatment. I ultimately went to another hospital, where I was welcomed politely, listened to, and treated with professionalism. Within less than an hour, I received the full set of X-ray images I needed, even though I had to pay for them myself. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility. Professionalism, communication, and respect toward patients should be fundamental standards, not exceptions.

I am very disappointed. We brought the baby to the hospital where they immediately gave her an antibiotic without having previously done a CRP to see if she needed an antibiotic or not. They verbally told us that the baby has pneumonia on both sides, and on the report, which we received only after leaving the hospital, not immediately, it says that he only has some spots, not pneumonia. The baby left the hospital even more tired. They told (scared) us that hospitalization was necessary, that we should stay longer, but we left the hospital on our own initiative and headed to our country. In our country, our doctor told us that it is not as urgent as they presented, that the baby does not have pneumonia and that they gave the baby an antibiotic absolutely unnecessarily. CRP was low, there was no need for antibiotics. The baby is now in a worse condition because of those antibiotics, she is exhausted and has diarrhea, her intestinal flora has been damaged by the unnecessary antibiotics and she needs recovery. In addition to the fact that he got sick, they should have taken a picture of the baby's head because of the fall. They didn't give us a head shot on the CD, the question is whether they recorded it at all, and they said it was okay. I am appalled.

Would give 0 but this hospital is a disgrace my mum is currently in there. They told my mum she can come out on Saturday the 20th of September now they are changing it to Tuesday, 2 days before we go home. They are not giving her any food (liquids/food replacement) and all they are talking about is insurance policy and holding on to the passport. The staff are rude and don’t care about their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

I’m Bulgarian citizen and came here with my partner for an emergency. Even though the doctors were available, they’ve decided not to take us in, even though they were available. I stood in front of the cabinet for 20 min listening to their chat, there was no one in there apart of the 2 doctors. Would not recommend to anyone, just a waste of time; no one from reception to the doctors are doing the smallest effort to assist.
